While we only spent one night in the hotel on our way home to the USA, I would definitely return. It is exactly what I had hoped for, a unique hotel, with lovely rooms with a view of Old Town. Our room(34) was very comfortable, with a writing desk and an extra chair and table in the room. Our breakfast this morning was perfect. Fresh Juice, Meats, Salmon, and a couple cappuccinos we were ready to go. This hotel should have a 4 or 5 star rating My favorite part of my the stay were the lovely accommodating staff that helped with printing our travel documents, and provided great service at check-in, checkout, and breakfast. After all, it is the people that make for a great experience. Thank you Hotel Florhof.

Our group of 18 friends stayed in Hotel Florhof for one night at the beginning of our 15 day Swiss Rail vacation. The Zurich Travel Agency highly recommended Hotel Florhof. The hotel was easily accessible via Tram #3 from the Zurich Train Station. It was easy to reach Zurich train Station from the Airport via frequent trains, The hotel is located in an old building with a nice garden. Rooms were nice and clean. The food quality and presentation in the hotel restaurant were excellent. Service was also friendly. I would return next time I am in Zurich.

Abbiamo ricevuto un mail in cui la direttrice di questo piccolo gioiello dell'hotellerie Zurighese chiudeva. Una vergogna che questi piccole realtà debbano chiudere per essere sostituiti con chissà quali strutture, come sempre l'interesse economico prevalga su tutto. Era un vero gioiello a due passi dal centro gestito in modo impeccabile da una direttrice fantastica, disponibile ed efficiente. Peccato , veramente peccato , faccio i miei migliori auguri a tutto lo staff sperando di poterli rincontrare in altra struttura. Spero che la proprietà si penta amaramente della decisione presa..

Hotel op loopafstand van het centrum van Zurich. Zeer smaakvol ingericht, heel vriendelijk personeel en heel goed restaurant. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Geen grote kamer maar met leuk uitzicht en had alle faciliteiten. Zeer goede keuken maar redelijk prijzig. Dat vonden we trouwens van alle restaurants in Zurich. Wel fijn met eigenlijk parkeerplaats want parkeren in de buurt niet makkelijk. Absolute aanrader voor weekend weg. Hotel meer gericht op volwassenen dan op kinderen.

Die ehemalige Adelsvilla wurde sanft renoviert. Sie befindet sich in bester Lage im Universitätsviertel, das Kunsthaus, das Niederdorf, der Bahnhof usw. sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es möglich, bei offenem Fenster ruhig zu schlafen. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist ganz vorzüglich. Alles in allem: eine absolute Empfehlung!
