I stayed here whilst on business in Zickau. The staff here are all friendly. The check in and out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and there was plenty of options for breakfast. The location is just a few minutes walk from the main restaurant area and also the park.

This hotel is very centrally located for the city of Zwickau. Rooms are modern, bright, well-furnished and a good size. Our room overlooked the partly pedestrianised Kornmarkt which meant it was relatively quiet. The breakfast buffet provides a reasonable warm choice and also a good cold, fruit and pastry selection. Parking in the hotel’s section of a municipal car park was convenient. Service throughout was pleasant and helpful. We happily recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel, comfortable and had a pillow menu. I thought €18 for breakfast was a bit much but they had good options including cooked eggs.
Good location close to restaurants and shopping. snacks available all the time. Restaurant available.

Hotel First Inn – leider dieser letzte Besuch war am Anfang nicht so angenehm. Unser Apartment hat unglaublich gerochen. Vor kurze wurde renoviert. Also mussten wir das Zimmer tauschen. Die Suite war super, aber ohne Küche. Das Frühstück wie immer ausgezeichnet. Tiefgarage muss man extra bezahlen.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind auf das Hotel via Internet aufmerksam geworden. Super Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Direkter Zugang mit Lift zur Tiefgarage. Zimmer sehr sauber mit sehr guten Betten, dicke Fensterverglasung, also ruhig. Im Bad wäre noch ein kleines Set mit Duchhaube, Body Lotion etc. willkommen. Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig, war alles da. Personal äusserst freundlich. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht, aber wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
