🚗 As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the warm reception service. The smiling welcome and thoughtful greetings from the lobby assistant made me feel warm. After quickly completing the check-in procedures, I couldn't wait to experience this comfortable environment carefully prepared for me. 🛏️ In the room, everything is so tidy and comfortable. The sheets are spotless, and the softness of the bed is just right, making me feel like I'm in a sweet dream as soon as I lie down. The sea view outside the window is as beautiful as a painting. High quality food

Not only is the place very presentable but they do some professional cooking here. I found the food to be absolutely delicious and impeccably prepared. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly and helpful. She couldn't have been any more so! The menu is geared around sharing with the table which was fun. Loretta is very well worth a visit if you're looking for great food and a great dining experience in the central city. #newzealandtrip #familytravel

Small and nice cafe with friendly staff working there. Superb menu that's been cleverly thought out to ensure the uninitiated aren't intimidated, but that healthier are properly catered to. Even in the morning it's packed with people having mornibg coffee and breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and their service and I think I will visit there again when given chances. The cabinet treats and select your own salads are sure to make for the perfect choice for someone. If only passing through, grab a smoothie that will make all your insides feel good. #newzealandtrip #localfood #bestcafes

Amazing rock formations you need to see!

If you're a huge fan of lord of the rings, you would recognize this place as the setting for the "Paths of the dead" scene in Return of the King! This is a MUST VISIT for anyone travelling to the North Island of New Zealand! The rock formation is just out of the world and unreal, looking like a place I've only seen in movies. A truly spectacular ancient rock formation, perfect for photographers to photograph. The walking trails are also properly maintained, allowing visitors to walk the route with ease. Getting here: The nearest city is Martinborough. From the nearest carpark, allow at least 2 hours to return, and remember to take lots of water with you! Its quite a simple hike to reach the main vantage point of the Pinnacle but it's always good to be well prepared! #momentssg #unforgettableexperiences #nationalpark #scenicspotguide

Chill

The interior is boat club smart casual with indoor to terrace seating overlooking the sea. Whilst we awaited everyone we order some salted stands, chocolate with malt and strawberry milkshakes. For the touch of nostalgia they were served metal cup to led the chill and they were thick and flavoursome! For lunch we ordered bacon nutty with avocado and side mixed broccoli almond and couscous salad, tofu bowl and granola. The food was delicious and the service was good. I’d like to try other dishes off the menu and the cabinet selection was impressive. #newzealandtrip #travel #thingstodo

What a beautiful restaurant this is...Loved the interior decor of the restaurant with the unique lighting, floral features and tiling. The food and wine was divine. As a starter we the oysters, cheese doughnut and the tempura salted zucchini - all very uniquely made and so tasty. For mains we had the venison ragu and smoked duck breast - both amazing. For desserts we the coconut fromage and dark chocolate torte - also all divine. Overall, this is a restaurant that must be tried atleast once when in wellington. #newzealandtrip #travel

Very good food

Muesli and bagel were absolute stunners. Coffee was just amazing. They have a very friendly front staff. It was four of us and they were quick to sort seating (despite it being sooo busy at the time). The staff were happy to tweak orders, though they might not check on you often due to the crowd. The pancakes with passionfruit sauce are a must-try, striking the perfect balance of flavor without being overly sweet. Also, their unique coffee selections like the red velvet latte are delightful. #newzealandtrip #couplestrip #goodfood #localfood

As soon as I entered the Ramada by Wyndham Wellington Taranaki Street, I was greeted by a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The lobby's decor is elegant yet modern, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. When I checked in, the staff explained the hotel's various facilities and services in detail and provided me with thoughtful advice. Then, I got the key to my room and couldn't wait to go to my room. The layout and decor of the room are full of artistic flair. The furniture has simple and smooth lines, and the colors are well-matched, creating a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, making me not want to get up once I lay down. In the hotel's restaurant, I tasted delicious local cuisine and exquisite Western dishes. The taste and flavor of the dishes were impressive, making me want to try them again. During my stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Wellington Taranaki Street, I also tried their fitness facilities and swimming pool. The fitness facilities are well-equipped and well-maintained, and the pool water is clear, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. In addition to the hardware facilities, the hotel's service attitude also impressed me. From the front desk to the waiters to the cleaners, everyone treated every guest with a friendly attitude, making me feel at home. Overall, the Ramada by Wyndham Wellington Taranaki Street left a deep impression on me. From the comfortable rooms to the delicious food to the thoughtful service, everything made me very satisfied.

Staff was quite pleasant and food was good. I really enjoyed my beef burger and everyone else at my table enjoyed their meal too. The food is very professionally done, even on a busy Saturday morning we waited less than 20 min for our food. The coffee's pretty good, and the venue is nice and cosy. I got the club sandwich, which was way bigger than I expected (a pleasant surprise) while the missus got the broccoli soup, which was special at the time. Great to have this little gem in Miramar. #newzealandtrip #couplestrip #thingstodo

Decent place to eat

We visited the baobab cafe a couple of times. More recently, it was fairly early in the morning, but several people there. I managed to use a spare power point to do some work there while having breakfast. I had the chorizo and bacon omelette. It was very tasty, but there was way too much salad served on top of it. I would've been happy with just a small salad on the side. Coffee was great. Friendly staff, quirky decor and cool funky music. I also had the apple, cinnamon and walnut muffin, but very rich and crumbly with too many bits in it. Free wifi too which was handy. Overall, it's a decent place and I would recommend. #newzealandtrip #afternoonteatime #localfood

Southernmost Point of North Island, NZ

Cape Palliser is a charming lighthouse located in Wairarapa, on the North Island of New Zealand. Interestingly, it is also the southernmost point of the North Island. Make a 253 steps climb to reach the lighthouse and you will be generously rewarded with the magnificent views of the blue seas and the rugged coastline from the top. If you are there during the evening, I recommend you stay till sunset as you will be able to catch a clear unobstructed view of the sun setting beyond the glistening blue seas. You can plan a day trip there from Wellington as it is only about an hour plus drive away from Wellington. #momentssg #newzealand #scenicspotguide
