This is like an apartment of other Hotel, there is no reception on this hotel. You have to get everything from the other hotel next to it. this is Swiss Wooden Hotel, so simple and nice. It is not like hotel in the city. My room is big enough for 3. Just have a small table to eat but we mange it. Shower is ok but it is too tall for my mom (she is 5ft 4 ) to climb in. She is old so she needs to sit 1st and climb in. there is left but still need to walk a bit stair with your luggage......... You can ask the reception in the other hotel for hot water, hair dryer.

Facilities: Great! The room is very spacious and the facilities are very new. The log furniture, clean and comfortable new bathroom, comfortable balcony, you can see Matterhorn, cute quilt sheets, fabric laundry bags, etc., all show the boss's careful design and pursuit of quality of life, praise 👍 Hygienic: clean and tidy, no problem, recommended! Environment: There are many delicious restaurants within 5 minutes of walking nearby, including those who eat black-faced sheep online red restaurants, which are opened by their families. Service: The boss is a gentle sweat of 1.9 meters, speaks very softly, what you want, just tell the front desk, it feels like at home, there is a gift of Swiss lotus chocolate in the room Transportation: When the hotel is on the hillside, checkin and checkout, remember to tell the front desk in advance that they have a car transfer

The location was excellent, just near Zermatt Bahnhof and easily accessible from most places. The room came with a balcony overlooking the mountains, offering a stunning view — we even watched black neck sheep while enjoying our dinner and coffee. The stay was comfortable overall, though note that no amenities like toothbrushes or shavers were provided. Breakfast offered a decent spread of continental options with limited hot food, but the croissants were especially commendable.

This place is very good and well manage. Zermatt is very expensive place but this hotel is the cheapest, and includes everything. There is a little stairs but honestly it don’t matter . Staff were supper friendly and breakfast was very good and delicious.dinner also provide but charge extra money which is worth it because other places food is way more expansive. Highly recommend this hotel to stay. We stay with our daughter. And there were many family in that place .

It was a nice location and very clean room. But we were allocated to a room just right above the staff smoking area, meaning we had to take the smoke non-stop from 7:30am to 9:30pm. We tried to ask the staff to swap rooms but they said they were fully booked and didn’t offer any help. The two of us just kept sneezing and having runny nose for the whole stay. I think to improve they could at least ask if the guests are smokers before allocating them into a room so full of smoke.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and a unique, tasteful decor with wooden elements throughout, which I really loved. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, changing daily. You can even see the Matterhorn from the balcony, though my view from the second floor was unfortunately somewhat limited. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the single rooms are a bit on the smaller side. It's very convenient for the train station and exploring the town, with a Coop supermarket, shops, and restaurants all conveniently located nearby. After a 2-night stay, it was overall a very pleasant experience!

It’s very convenient if you go skiing nearby, and it is not far from the train station

Hands down, this was one of my absolute favorite places during my trip to Switzerland. Highly recommend if you're visiting Zermatt! Definitely make sure to book a room with a Matterhorn view. The breakfast was generally good, though it could have used a bit more fresh fruit. Plus, having a microwave and water dispenser in the basement was a great perk that helped us save money on bottled water.

The hotel is located on the main street of Zermatt and it is very convenient to get off the train for two minutes. The room is large in size and the decoration style is elegant and comfortable. There is a balcony to see Matt Peak. The only inconvenience is that because it is a slope roof on the top of the bed, there is a cross beam that is easy to hit the head. It takes a few times to pay attention to ⚠️ The hotel's breakfast was great, with more varieties and fresh and delicious ingredients. The service staff was also polite and thoughtful. The town is not big, and the dining and shopping around the hotel are very convenient.

The hotel is quite far from the station, about 15 minutes walk. If you arrive after 9 pm, there will be no shuttle bus and receptionist. If you can't make it in time, I recommend contacting the hotel. The staff will leave the key at the reception and inform you of the building and our room via whatsapp. The room is big, clean, the bed is soft and comfortable. I got a room on the 1st floor. I can see the Matterhorn from the balcony, but I can also see the building next door. Breakfast has a variety to choose from. Overall good.
