Trip.com Free Shenzhen City Tour

1. PROMOTION: The following terms apply to Shenzhen Express - Free City Tour. This Promotion features two (2) distinct tours daily (“Tour(s)”). If you register for this Promotion, you may be able to join a Tour for free.

2. THESE TERMS: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 ("Trip.com", "our", and "we"). By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to General Terms for Shenzhen Express - Free City Tour, Special Terms for Tour Participants, Privacy Notice, Trip.com Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Trip.com, which apply to the Promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is exclusively conducted at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (“Airport") and is open to all passengers with layovers of 8 hours or more at the Airport.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion will run from December 24th, 2025 (GMT+8) ("Promotion Period").

5. TOUR & ITINERARIES: Tour details and Itineraries can be found on the "What's included" and "Tour Routes" section of this page.

6. HOW TO ENTER:

a. During the Promotion Period, if participants wish to join offline, please proceed to our counter on the east side of the International Arrivals Hall (T3, Level 1) of the Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. Wait at the counter to register for the upcoming Tour. Our guide will perform registration at the counter one hour before the Tour begins.

b. For registration, you should select a Tour with a specific period based on your flight schedule and actual arrival time in Shenzhen.

c. We may collect your names, email addresses, phone numbers, your arrival time at the Airport. Please also indicate if you have booked the departure ticket from Shenzhen. You shall ensure the accuracy of the provided information.

d. Any registrations received after the end of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

e. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER: The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. HOWEVER, ALL TAXES RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROMOTION ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

f. Participation is subject to availability and registration does not guarantee participation. We reserve the right to modify or cancel registrations at our discretion.

7. DETERIMINATION OF TOUR PARTICIPANTS:

a. There will be a maximum of participants per tour determined by the capacity of the tour bus, on a first-come, first-served basis ("Tour Participant(s)").

b. Tour Participants are required to sign Special Terms for Tour Participants.

c. For Tour Participants: Should you be informed as a Tour Participant, you shall thoroughly read the below Special Terms for Tour Participants before joining ("Special Terms"). Your confirmation to join the Tour signifies your comprehensive understanding and acceptance of Special Terms.

8. Notes:

a. This Tour is space limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable.

b. Itineraries displayed on this page are recommended routes. Due to factors such as weather conditions, seasonal variations, peak tourism times, or external facility damages not attributed to Trip.com, the Itineraries may be subject to alterations.

c. Each of Tour Itineraries concludes with estimated arrival times at the airport. Please select a route that matches your transit schedule. Trip.com assumes no liability for any missed flights resulting from your participation in the Tour.

d. This Tour does not include accommodation, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Arranging travel documents, such as passport, visa or proof of health/travel vaccinations and any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Tour are the responsibility of the Tour Participants.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

a. To the extent permitted by law: Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

b. Trip.com will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect registration; failure to receive confirmation email due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the registration in this Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or announcement.

c. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

d. Personal Data: Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in Trip.com's Privacy Statement:https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-xx.htmland in the Privacy Notice.

10. PROHIBITIONS: Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method will void all registration and may result in disqualification. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to disqualify anyone who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behavior or who violate these terms.

11. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.

Special Terms for Tour Participants

Tour Provider This Shenzhen Express - Free City Tour is promoted by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Trip.com", "Our" and "We"), and the tourism services and operations of the Tour are provided by a qualified agency, 深圳市深游国际旅行社有限公司 ("Travel Service Provider") commissioned by our affiliate. Any Tour-related services, including ticket reservations, tour guide arrangements, or car service ("Tour Services") are provided by Travel Service Provider to Tour Participants. Trip.com does not provide the Tour Services itself. You acknowledge that Trip.com shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries occurring related to the Tour. In the event of accidents or injuries caused by third-party liability, you or your relatives will handle the matter for compensation independently, and Trip.com will not be held liable.

Confirmation Email & Establishment of a Tour Contract Trip.com will inform the Tour Participant regarding detailed itineraries and designated Meeting Point via this page. We highly recommend you to arrive early at the meeting point. Before confirming participation in the Tour, each Tour Participants shall sign on these Terms and present your passport to establish a Tour contract ("Tour Contract") between the Tour Participant and Trip.com. By signing, the Tour Participant agrees to enter into the Tour Contract, which includes this General Terms for Shenzhen Express - Free City Tour, Special Terms for Tour Participants, Privacy Notice, and Trip.com Terms & Conditions.

Safety Guidelines Tour Participants are advised to be vigilant about their personal and property safety throughout the Tour and during any personal time or activities. For your personal and property safety, please avoid exposing valuables and large amounts of cash in public. Keep a watchful eye on your jewellery, camera, and other personal belongings while out on the street. Any loss or damage will be the sole responsibility of the Tour Participants; Trip.com shall not be held liable. Similarly, any loss or damage caused by third parties shall be addressed by the responsible party, where Trip.com will not assume any responsibility. In the event that such losses result in damages to Trip.com, the responsible party shall be held liable for compensatory measures.

In instances where external factors, such as airline delays, insurance issues, or decisions made by authorized entities, impact your personal well-being or property—those are outside our control. If Trip.com suffers any loss due to these events, you agree that we hold the right to seek reimbursement from you.

For your safety and that of your belongings, Travel Service Provider are committed to taking all necessary precautions. Any expenses incurred for these safety measures will be shared fairly between you and the Travel Service Provider.

Swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, skating, surfing, exploration, and other activities can be dangerous. Please fully refer to the relevant announcements and suggestions from local departments and professional institutions according to your own conditions before participating in any of these activities.

Travel Service Provider has purchased insurance coverage. For enhanced personal safety protection, we recommend that Tour Participants secure additional personal accident insurance coverage for this Tour.

Due to safety reasons, Tour Participants under the age of 18 (not inclusive) or over the age of 70 (inclusive), or pregnant women shall agree to the following additional terms of the Disclaimer for High-Risk Individuals ("Disclaimer") in order to participate in the Tour: I understand my own physical condition and affirm that I am suitable to participate in this Tour. I commit to completing the entire itinerary of this Tour and returning on time. If I fail to truthfully disclose relevant health conditions as required by Trip.com or Travel Service Provider, I accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from this and agree to compensate your company for any losses incurred. During the tour, I voluntarily waive the right to visit certain attractions or participate in activities unsuitable for pregnant women or elderly individuals. I acknowledge that I bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from my decision to participate against advice. I have informed my immediate family members of this commitment and obtained their consent. The contents of the above commitments are my genuine intentions. I have been fully informed of the of this Disclaimer, and I have read and fully understand the meaning of each term. In the event of a dispute, the Disclaimer shall prevail.

The Tour Contract is governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute related to this Tour.

You also agree on the following terms: Leaving or separating from the itinerary prematurely is not permitted. Choosing to do so will be regarded as a voluntary forfeiture from the Tour. Tour Participant shall bear full responsibility for any incidents or accidents occurring after its leaving from the Tour. Transportation services will not be provided for the departing Tour Participant. During busy travel periods or special circumstances, Tour's start time might be adjusted slightly (forward or back). Please be prepared in advance. To ensure the best possible experience, Travel Service Provider might need to tweak your itinerary, like adjusting the order of sites or changing meetup times. These adjustments would only be made for practical reasons, such as weather or traffic, to keep your Tour on track. Force Majeure: This term refers to any unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable conditions not attributable to Trip.com, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, war, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, government actions, public health emergencies, and more. These conditions may result in delays, temporary closures, or other disruptions that prevent the fulfilment of the contract's purpose. In the event of force majeure, compromising the safety of Tour Participants or their property, the Travel Service Provider will implement necessary safety measures. Costs incurred under these circumstances will be fairly divided between the Travel Service Provider and Tour Participants, through mutual agreement. Should any Tour Participant disrupt the Tour or cause financial loss to Trip.com through breach of terms, they will be held accountable for damages. Engaging in disruptive behaviour or attempting to resolve disputes in a manner that hampers the Tour experience for others or leads to increased costs will result in your liability for those additional losses. Each Tour Participant shall show respect for the local customs, cultural traditions, and religious sensitivities during the Tour. Please take care of the tourism resources and contribute to the preservation of the ecological environment.

This Agreement can be executed by electronic signatures or e-signatures in any other format and such e-signature shall be deemed the same legal effect as the original handwriting. These Terms can be executed in counterparts through facsimile, PDF, and other electronic copies, which taken together will constitute one instrument. Electronic copies shall have the same legal effects with any original hard copies.

PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice applies to this Shenzhen Express - Free City Tour ("Program", "Tour") and sets out how Trip.com will collect and use the personal data of participants for the duration of this Program. PURPOSE AND BASIS FOR COLLECTING DATA Trip.com will collect the Data for the purpose of: For relevant parties to provide participants with the details about the Tour and contact the participants regarding their attendance at the Tour. Carry out technical operations, such as user verification, technical support. Comply with our legal obligations and regulatory requirements. You can opt out of receiving any non-essential emails, including marketing emails, by: contacting us; clicking the unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of such emails; or, by adjusting the notification settings in your account profile on the Trip.com website or app.

SHARING OF DATA If participants are Trip.com will only share the participants' Data with 深圳市深游国际旅行社有限公司 who will be responsible for providing tour services, contacting participants for attendance details, and verifying participants. 深圳市深游国际旅行社有限公司 is under appropriate contractual obligations to protect the Data entrusted to them. Trip.com may also share the Data internally as necessary for the purposes of this Program.

STORAGE AND DELETION OF DATA Trip.com will only store the Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Program, after which time Trip.com will delete the Data.

RIGHTS CONCERNING DATA Participants in the Program have the rights concerning their Data, including the right to access, rectify or erase their Data, as well as the right to object to or restrict the processing of their Data. If a participant objects to the processing of his Data, or otherwise requests restriction or deletion, then the participant will no longer be able to participate in this Program. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of their Data with the supervisory authorities.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF DATA Trip.com may transfer the Data to countries outside of the country or region Trip.com collects such Data, including to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as in a participant's home country. In such cases, Trip.com has taken appropriate steps to ensure that the recipients of the Data are bound to duties of confidentiality and appropriate contractual safeguards to ensure the Data will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice - including any standard contractual clauses required by applicable data laws.
