From the moment I arrived, I was embraced with warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. The entire staff was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I must specially commend Pebry, Excel, and Aris, whose efforts went above and beyond to make my visit extraordinary. As I was celebrating my birthday, they surprised me by decorating my room and ensuring I felt truly special. This thoughtful gesture added a deeply personal touch to my stay, leaving me with unforgettable memories. What truly stood out was their effort to teach me a bit of Balinese, enabling me to communicate better during my trip. This simple yet meaningful gesture demonstrated their genuine care and commitment, far beyond basic hospitality. They treated me like a friend, making every interaction warm and memorable.
