Bright Beihai Park

The Beihai park is one of my favorite places in Beijing. It’s always nice to stroll around and take in the views and have a break from the city life. It’s also very fun to rent a small (pedal)boat to cruise around the lake. There are great walking paths with many benches around and a few colorful and serene temples to visit. You can also hike to a higher point for a view over the lake. There are many facilities (toilets, little shops, food/snacks/drinks etc) around.
