The service was always excellent and professional, exceeding my expectations. I enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's upscale restaurant, making use of the luxury amenities like the spa and gym. I also appreciated the hotel's excellent location in the heart of Berlin, which made it easy to get around and explore the city. It was an unforgettable experience and I look forward to returning.
