Amazing Sacred Milk Lake at 4499m asl

Erongcuo Lake or Milk Lake (牛奶海) at 4499m asl, is the No.1 holy lake in Yading Nature Reserve. it is an ancient ice glacier lake into the valley of Mount Jambeyang with super pure crystal clear lake like. Surrounded by snow mountain in white, grey, chocolate and ink, together with the green alpine plantations and under sunshine, the dark blue and green lake makes a spectacular natural painting. How to get the there? Well, is the most difficult area to get of the entire Nature Reserve. First get the shuttle bus from Yading Village to Luorong Pasture, than hike up 4h (time depends on your strength). The hike is not easy and is not for everyone but once you arrive at the top the scenery is amazing!
