Outstanding in every way

I had a four night stay here last week on a Newmarket Holidays trip. It’s a nice modern hotel and a great base for getting out and about. I was lucky enough to get a castle view room which was a great surprise. The room was a good size for one person but the bed was only accessible from one side which could be an issue if it was a couple staying there. There was a small kitchenette but no instructions how to use the hob or dishwasher. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, I’m not sure if that’s a recent covid thing or if it’s the norm. I had to request more toilet rolls! They could do with having a box of tissues in the room as well as kitchen roll. There were some small bottles of shampoo, body wash etc in the bathroom, hairdryer in the room, ironing board and a few clothes hangers in the small wardrobe. I only really watched one or two of the main channels on the TV so didn't try out any of the other functions available. #themepark#zoo#nationalpark#lakes#beaches
