The nearest airport is Teesside, and you can drive from local towns like Middlesbrough or Stockton Attractions - The Museum of Hartlepool gives and in-depth insight into the maritime history of Hartlepool, there's the shopping mall, bowling, cinema and the marina with lots of bars and restaurants.
