This pioneering structure that still stands today marked a turning point in English design and engineering. Getting there: From Birmingham Station (West Midlands Trains to Shrewsbury) and get off at Telford Central, and from here take a bus 4 towards Madeley and get off at Abraham Derby School. By car from Birmingham takes less than an hour. Attraction: English History and Heritage with scenic foliage nature around.
