Recommended accommodations in Seattle for 2025: Issaquah Hilton Garden Inn

Address: 1800 NW Gilman Blvd, Issaquah, WA 98027 During my visit to Issaquah, near Seattle, I chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Overall, my experience was excellent. Located on the edge of downtown Issaquah, about a 30-minute drive from downtown Seattle, the hotel is ideal for travelers seeking a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city while still offering easy access to the highway. The lobby is immediately clean and bright, and the receptionist is friendly and prompt. Check-in was quick. The room was more spacious than expected, with simple yet comfortable decor and a soft bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The window afforded a view of the town and the occasional sounds of nature, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was equipped with basic amenities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, making it very convenient for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with consistent water pressure, making for a comfortable shower. The free Wi-Fi was also excellent, offering reliable speeds, making it a great choice for those traveling for work or other work. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it does include hot dishes, bread, and coffee, which should satisfy most needs. The hotel also has a gym and a small business center, which are convenient if, like me, you want to exercise in the morning or need to catch up on some work. The surrounding area is also very pleasant, with several small restaurants and cafes within walking distance. If you have some free time, I recommend driving 10 minutes to Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park for a pleasant stroll or short hike. For those who enjoy shopping, the Issaquah Village Shops are also worth a visit, with interesting shops and unique restaurants. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was very comfortable, perfect for both a short vacation and a business trip. If you're looking for a quiet, convenient, and small-town destination close to Seattle, this is a great choice. #Seattle #seattle #hiltongardeninn #SeattleAccommodation
