This November, as the Newport County Historical Society kicks off the Newport Mansions Holiday event on Thursday, November 21, this seaside city will once again welcome a dazzling holiday season, with festivities continuing through early January of the following year. This beloved annual tradition transforms the city’s four most iconic Gilded Age landmarks—the Breakers, Marble House, The Elms, and Rosecliff—into festive showrooms filled with dazzling lights, lavish decorations, and nostalgic Christmas charm. Inside each mansion, visitors will be immersed in a holiday wonderland where history and festive magic intertwine.
