Very popular among young ppl, especially from April-August. October was awesome time to go, not many ppl, didn’t have to wait long, quick customer service, lots of parking. Great hole in the wall restaurant, Patagonia. love love love this restaurant, make the 3 hour drive just to eat there. They have steak, wine, empanadas. so delicious, 5/5. along. with going in the off season, hotels are cheaper. #rosarito #mexico #beach #pinacolada
