Easy Hike through Roslin Glen forest

Getting There - From the visitors car park of Rosslyn chapel , turn down the lane towards the cemetery and follow the signs towards the gun powder mill. Eventually you will reach the entrance with a sign saying "Roslin Glen Country Park". Attractions - On the walk there are some small waterfalls, a old gunpowder mill,a castle and views of the Pentland hills. Do note the castle is currently closed for renovations and can only be seen at a distance. Amenities : Be aware the closest cafe and toilet facilities will be at the Roslyn chapel visitor centre. Once departed ,there will be no access until you return. Overall : A very pleasant walk on mostly flat terrain , inclines are at a minimum and this is a very nice place to come for walkers of all abilities.
