Here's a two-day, one-night itinerary for San Antonio!

You absolutely must stay one night in San Antonio! We stayed at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk. The hotel is right on the river; you can see the river from your room. The whole street is lively at night with various bars, very atmospheric. P1-P7 San Antonio Missions, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are four parts in total, each not very large. We started with Concepción, the most artistic, but it was under renovation and not very attractive. P1-P5 San José, known as the "Mother of Missions," is the most complete and magnificent, with Spanish Baroque style. It was cloudy when we went, so we recommend going on a sunny day for better photos. Then there's San Juan, a small white church, nothing special. P6 Finally, there's Espada, very old and photogenic. P7 The Alamo, in the city center, is the mission site. P8 Historic Market Square, a Mexican market with both indoor and outdoor sections, selling Mexican handicrafts and snacks, giving you a taste of Latin America. P9 San Fernando Cathedral, you can catch the evening light show; check the official website for show times. P10-P13 San Antonio Riverwalk You can skip everything else, but you absolutely must take a walk along the river. Dinner (P14-P16): Boudro's on the Riverwalk - reservations required, super popular. The restaurant is right by the river and very popular. P14: Blackened Prime Ribeye - incredibly tender. P15: Seared Scallop - very fragrant, a must-order. P16: Mesquite Grilled Texas Quail - 2 grilled quails, delicious! Breakfast (P17-P18): Opens very early, very close to the hotel, a 4-minute walk. I ordered Specialidades. Highly recommend the Fiesta Lobster Roll - different from traditional lobster rolls, it contains two lobster claws, and the sauce is delicious. Then there's the Alamo Burger - supposedly made with Waygu beef, which I thought was okay, a traditional American burger flavor, and the croissant was very crispy.
