If you're visiting San Francisco, the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges are a must. The Bay Bridge: Accessible by BART and MUNI, with the last stop being Embarcadero Station. Since it's next to the Ferry building, there's heavy foot traffic, but people will usually let you take pics no problem. Golden Gate Bridge/Crissy Field: Not easily accessible by public transportation, but there's plenty of parking. Bring a blanket, soccer ball, or kite because there's plenty of wide open space to roam. You can also walk up the steps to the bridge for an up-close view. If you have plenty of time, I highly recommend starting your day at the Bay Bridge and walking the Embarcadero to Pier 39 before the GG Bridge.
