Minion Cafe

From now til12 January 2022, this themed pop-up cafe welcomes fans with Minion-inspired menu, house cafe-exclusive merchandise and collectibles. Minion Keema Chicken Curry ($25) came with a mild minced chicken and vegetable curry, served with a Minion-shaped rice accompanied by sauteed portobello mushrooms along with crunchy lotus root and banana chips. Minion Wagyu Lunch Plate ($28) sported cute Minion rice balls served with a black pepper glazed Wagyu strip loin patty, fried ebi (shrimp), sunny side up egg, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, mini chicken sausage with a side of creamy potato puree and bananas. Minion Pumpkin Mantou with Chilli Crab Meat Dip ($1 5 for four pieces) - Chef's version of the local favourite with a tangy spicy Minion twist, generously studded with shredded crab meat.
