𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗖𝗼𝘂 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗖𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 ($𝟭𝟰) Malakoff is a dome of melted Gruyère Cheese. It is a traditional Swiss speciality. This was soo good! The cheese was on point, it wasn’t too much because we shared one dome between the two of us. I mean you can’t really go wrong with fried cheese! Do get it with the CouCou Salad - curly salad served with Homemade ‘Grand Père’ Dressing, it is a little tangy and refreshing, perfect for a meal that’s very cheese centric. 𝗙𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗶é-𝗠𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗶é ($𝟯𝟱/𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝟮 𝗽𝗮𝘅) Original Swiss recipe cheese fondue! This comes with a bowl of bread, there are other sides you can add on at $5 each. There’s a special nutmeg chili powder that you can add to spice it up a little! This was fun and good but super filling, especially if there’s only two of you. I had maybe 3 bites and I was done. It’ll be best if you can share it with more people! 𝗥ö𝘀𝘁𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁-𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹 ($𝟮𝟰) Potato Rösti with veal sausage, served with onion confit. OMG the onion confit was the star of the show. The onion confit is a little sweet which helps to make everything less greasy. The rosti was good on its own, very crispy on the outside and nice and moist on the inside but when you eat it with the onion confit, it elevates the flavor and its so good! We didn’t have any space for dessert after the meal but its okay, there’s always next time! The service at CouCou was also great, server was very friendly and helpful!
