The Church of the Savior on Blood in St. Petersburg, Russia, at the end of August. Unlike other cathedrals that are brightly lit and splendid, it was very dark and calm. Maybe it was because the weather outside was cloudy, but it seemed dark even on normal days. This cathedral seems to be an icon in St. Petersburg, because I often saw the sun pattern. I think it would be nice if our country had more open cathedrals and churches like this.
