Changyu Dongtian is the scenic area I felt least impressed by during my trip to Wenling, but after walking around, although it was tiring, the experience was surprisingly good. The excavation of Changyu Dongtian began during the Northern and Southern Dynasties period. About 1,500 years ago, there was a certain scale of quarrying activity around Changyu Shuangmen Cave—Jingming Cave. The cave group formed by years of manual quarrying is famous, with 28 cave groups and 1,314 variously shaped caves, known as the "world's largest man-made stone cave." The scenic area consists of core attractions such as Shuangmen Cave, Guanxi Cave, Shuiyun Cave, and Baxian Rock, blending stone culture, religion, and natural landscapes. 1. Address: Yayuan Road, Xinhe Town, Wenling City, Taizhou 2. Opening Hours: Open year-round from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, extended to 5:30 PM in summer 3. Tickets: Combined ticket (Shuangmen Cave + Guanxi Cave + Shuiyun Cave + Shuangmen Stone Cave + Panda Pavilion) adult ticket 112 RMB, double ticket 223 RMB, concession ticket (children/students/seniors) 60 RMB. Panda Pavilion single concession ticket 15 RMB. 4. Transportation: Bus: Depart from City Government Station, take Wenling Route 4 and transfer to Wenling Route 307, about 1 hour in total. Self-driving: Navigate to "Changyu Dongtian Shuangmen Cave Parking Lot," parking fee 10 RMB/day. 5. Recommended Route: Guanxi Cave (rock cave concert at 10:00/11:30) - Panda Pavilion (two giant pandas, Huanhuan and Yaoxin) - Shuiyun Cave (quarry ruins, filming location of The Return of the Condor Heroes) - Shuangmen Stone Cave (Taoist temple, rock carvings) 6. Core Attractions: Guanxi Cave: Famous for rock wall light and shadow and the "One Line Sky" wonder, featuring Asia's only natural rock cave concert hall. Shuiyun Cave: China's largest cave museum, including an underground river boating project, and a filming location for The Return of the Condor Heroes. Note: 1. Large temperature difference inside the caves, bring a jacket; Shuiyun Cave has steep steps, wearing non-slip shoes is recommended.
