Located just two hours north from Sydney. The Hunter Valley was such a nice place to visit where groups of friends can pay for reasonable prices in exchange for good wines and cheeses while enjoying the gorgeous view of nature.
The staffs at the wineries were so friendly and we could tell they actually love their job.

The Hunter Valley is the largest river valley in New South Wales, Australia's famous tourist destination and Australia's most historic grape producing region.

The picturesque Hunter Valley is a two-hour drive from Sydney. The climate is pleasant and the scenery is ideal for experiencing hot air balloon flights. In the morning light, the drones will be raised, and the sights will be the vineyards and the rolling hills.
Located in the Hunter Valley Elanburg Golf and Spa Resort, there are not only golf, spa, food, wine, but also weddings here, it is Sydney's back garden.

After enjoying the beauty of Sydney, we chose Hunter Valley between Hunter Valley and Blue Mountains.
Heading north, we felt the greenery and fresh air as soon as we left the highway.
Hunter Valley has over 120 wineries, and due to time constraints, we only went to one winery, Audrey Wilkinson Winery. It is said to be the easiest winery for newcomers. Wine tasting starts at 10 Australian dollars, and if you buy a bottle, one person's wine tasting fee can be waived.
Once there, I understood its benefits.
The winery is built on a hilltop, overlooking the surrounding scenery. I don't know why, but the vineyard-covered hills always have a feeling of oil painting, green with a hint of gray, a bit high-end.
Looking at the vineyard, the grapes used for winemaking are quite different from the grapes we eat as fruit. They are a bit small, reportedly not sweet, but only such grapes make good wine.
We bought a bottle of Shiraz red wine🍷 at the winery, 47 Australian dollars, and it tasted pretty good.
