Osaka Street by night 🇯🇵 Japan
Osaka is a bustling city that never sleeps. After the sun sets, the city comes alive with an energy that’s impossible to ignore. From its bright neon lights to its lively streets.
📍Dotonbori District
One of the best places to start exploring Osaka by night is Dotonbori. This iconic area is known for its lively atmosphere, bright signs, and mouthwatering street food. Take a walk along the street and be mesmerized by the famous Glico running man sign. The streets are lined with restaurants and bars, and the aromas of local delicacies like takoyaki and okonomiyaki fill the air. There are also many shops for some retail therapy.
📍Shinsekei District
The Shinsekai district is famous for its colourful signs and bustling streets. Take a walk to the Tsutenkaku Tower and see the famous Billiken statue, which is said to bring good luck to those who rub its feet.
For a taste of traditional Japanese culture, head to an izakaya. These small bars offer a cosy atmosphere where you can sample local dishes and drinks like sake and shochu. There are plenty of street food around too & expect long queues for the popular stalls.

A Spooky Halloween at USJ
My favorite Halloween event this year was at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. It was a good idea to go for two days because there was SO much happening in the park. I never once felt bored during my experience.
Once I got off the shinkansen from Tokyo, I immediately made a beeline to USJ. During the day, I watched the Pokemon parade and took a picture with my favorite Pokemon: Gengar. From there, I used my express passes to check out some of the Halloween houses, with Biohazard being reserved for the evening.
Once evening hit, Hami-Kuma and his zombie crew lit up the night to terrify guests and dance to Ado's catchy hit, "Show." I got scared many times and loved every second of it.
It was a great first-time experience at Halloween Horror Nights for a horror fan like me.
Stay spooky, everyone.

The Night Life Of Osaka
#japan #osaka #citylights #nightlife #foodie #shinsaibashi #touristsattracion #dotonbori
The city of Osaka is known for its extensive neon lights, night life and foodie heaven which is located in a region at Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori which is only located next to each other.
Firstly, this place is crazily crowded, filled with tourists and locals something like new York City times square but the Japanese version. The buildings around you will be filled with neon advertisements lights and there are insane amount of food choices here. From bars, to restaurants and some even located in back alleys too! Apart from food there are also loads of nightclubs for party goers.
Don't drive here, take the public train here as parking can be quite hard to find and the jam on the roads are bad too!

Who says Japan is just all about the sushi and the culture. Japan has also loads of fun filled places like Universal studios Japan located in Osaka where this is one of the 6 universal studios located world wide.
The park although open more than 20 years ago, it is well maintained and the props are ever changing. Unlike most of the Universal studios, Japan universal studios open late so that you can enjoy the night lights and the many photo taking spots! There is more than 10 over different zones but the most fun one for me is the super Nintendo world which is special to the Japan universal studios.

Immersive Fun at Osaka Cup Noodle Museum
Osaka Cup Noodle Museum
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
Back in March, I had the pleasure of visiting the Osaka Cup Noodle Museum, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience that I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was immersed in a world of creativity, nostalgia, and of course, noodles!
The museum's interactive exhibits were a true highlight. I had the chance to design my own personalized cup noodle, selecting from various flavors, ingredients, and even creating a unique label. It was fascinating to learn about the history of instant noodles and the innovative mind behind their creation. The "My Cup Noodle Factory" activity was not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable – a perfect blend of learning and hands-on fun.
The museum's attention to detail is commendable. The recreated retro-style street with its quaint shops and vibrant atmosphere took me back in time. The Noodle Bazaar offered a diverse range of noodle dishes from around the world, allowing visitors to savor different flavors in one place. It was a culinary adventure like no other.
The staff's friendliness and willingness to share their knowledge added to the overall positive experience. I felt welcomed and valued as a visitor, which only enhanced the warmth of the museum.
In conclusion, the Osaka Cup Noodle Museum is a must-visit for anyone traveling to the region. It offers a perfect blend of entertainment, education, and creativity. Whether you're a fan of instant noodles or simply looking for a unique and memorable outing, this museum has it all. I left with a deeper appreciation for the humble cup noodle and a smile on my face.
Highly recommended!#osaka #cupnoodles #japan #cupnoodlesmuseum

Visit Harry Potter Castle 🪄
#timetotravel
Universal Studios Japan is a theme park located in Osaka, Japan. Opened on March 31, 2001, it is one of six Universal Studios theme parks worldwide and was the second to open outside the United States. The park is owned and operated by USJ LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCUniversal.
Is it worth to visit Universal Studios Japan (osaka)? Even if you've been to another Universal Park in the world, it's still worth considering going to USJ! While they have some of the same main attractions as other parks like Jurassic Park and Harry Potter.
In Harry Potter Area you must try the butterbeer, butterbeer is a non-alcoholic drink. Butterbeer can be bought from Three Broomsticks, Hog's Head or the two butterbeer carts and can be enjoyed in a number of different ways: Cold butterbeer is available all year round.
Don’t missed to visit & ride : Hollywood Dream-The Ride and The Flying Dinosaur and many more when you are in Universal Studios Japan. For most people, one day is enough for USJ in Osaka. If you get there early, you can make a full day of it. If you are planning to go during a busy period, for example, Halloween, you will probably want to buy an Express Pass, however, to minimize wait times for the rides and attractions.

Glico man!
Have you really been to Osaka if you've never snapped a photo of the Glico man at Dotonbori?
There are quite some people especially at night when all the lights are on, but if you have time you can find the actual photo spot where you can actually stand on a running track with the Glico man.
The whole area is great for shopping with many tourist-favourite shops and restaurants. You can also find famous street food like the 10 yen pancake.

Oh deer! Thousands of deer at Nara Park 🦌
Nara park is world famous for the Nara deer that roam around the grounds, around 1500 at the last count. These deer have been protected for at least 1000 years and have become an inseparable part of the city, you will see there image everywhere.
You can reach the park from Nara station on bus routes, about 4 stops from the station, taxis or direct on trains from Osaka, Kobe & Kyoto.
The deer are very docile and friendly, If you are calm and considerate you can get close enough for photos and to touch them.
The local shops sell food tor about $1.5 for you to feed them. But be careful, the deers can get very excited about the food and ground around you very quickly!
It’s easier to find one or two deers on their own and feed them, feeding the large crowds can become very overwhelming!
It’s a great trip for the whole family, and then there is plenty to do in the town before you go home - lots of food options and walking streets for souvenirs.

Osaka night lights at the Dotombori
If you’re in Osaka you need to head to Dotombori for the nightlife, it’s a hive of activity after dark. It’s famous for its illuminated store fronts with huge exaggerated features. It’s a great place to explore the streets and take great photos.
it runs along a river and there are river boat tours if you’re interested, but most of it is doable on foot.
There are lots of snack stalls, bars and wagyu restaurants but it can be very expensive on the street. There are also lots of waiters and hostesses trying to get you into the bars which can be quite annoying, so if you do want to eat and drink head to the quieter streets a few blocks away for a peaceful and better priced meal.

Sushi Kappo Takara Honten - 15 minutes from Kansai Airport
If you have just landed Kansai Airport and immediately craving for some fresh sushi, , I would recommend Sushi Kappo Takara Honten.
It is only 15 minutes drive from the airport, and located at the corner of a quiet street. The restaurant has two levels so there are plenty of seats. The ground level has a long sushi counter where the chef would prepare all the sushi and sashimi, while the second level has tables.
For lunch, there were a lot of sushi and sashimi sets as well as rolls to choose from. The food was fresh and well made. We arrived in the last twenty minutes of the lunch session but the chef was kind enough to let us sit down and enjoy the delicious food. It is a good place for travelers with a car . Plentybof parking spaces are available.

Foodie Adventure in Dotombori, Osaka
Guys, I just had an incredible culinary trip in Dotonbori, Osaka's food heaven! It was a foodie's dream come true.
So, my sister and I decided to start our gastronomic adventure by queuing up for this famous Okonomiyaki shop, and let me tell you, the wait was totally worth it! The Okonomiyaki was out of this world delicious. The combination of savory pancake, mouthwatering toppings, and that delectable sauce left me craving for more.
But the foodie adventure didn't end there. We then headed to not just one, but two renowned Takoyaki shops with long queues. And guess what? Both of them lived up to their hype! The octopus-filled balls were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside, and bursting with flavors. I couldn't decide which one I liked more, so I happily devoured both.
To top it all off, we ended our night by striking a pose in front of the iconic Glico signage. It was like being in a postcard, capturing the essence of Osaka's vibrant food scene. Dotonbori, you've stolen my heart (and my taste buds)! Can't wait to come back for another culinary adventure soon.

Osaka Castle in Spring
Osaka castle is difinitely main tourist attraction in Osaka. Currently, this castle is used as a modern museum that tells story about Toyotomi Hideyoshi's journey. It's located in west of Osaka. It has 8 floor and I recommend you to go to level 8. You can see Osaka city from up there. Entrance fee is about 600 Yen, but if you had Osaka Amazing Pass, just show it to the ticket counter and you'll pay nothing. In early of April, when the sakura blooms, a lot of locals will gather here and hanami under the sakura tree. There are 600 sakura tree in Osaka Castle, just imagine how beautiful it is if you come in Spring. If you want to visit Osaka Castle, better to come early as the weather is nicer in the morning and less crowded. You can also feel the experience of becoming a Japanese soldier by renting japanese war costume for some extra fee.

Sunset from Tombori River Cruise
Namba is the largest business district and also the most popular place in Osaka. No wonder that not even a day, this place is empty of visitors. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, two popular areas in Namba, are actually shopping streets. Hundred of famous brands are in this area. If you're looking for souvenirs, just go to the largest don quijote in Osaka, it's located in front of the Dotonbori River. After a long day in Osaka and after being tired of shopping from the on-site store to another, maybe it's time for you to relax by taking the Tombori River Cruise. The ticket fare is about 1,000 Yen, but if you already have the Osaka Amazing Pass, just go to the ticket counter and show your Osaka Amazing Pass. You'll get the ticket for free. I prefer to take the schedule on afternoon, so I can enjoy the sunset on the boat.#japan #awesomepic #mytripvlog #osaka #osakaguide

If you’re a lover of fish and good food, then visiting the Kuromon ichiba market in Osaka is a MUST! With streets of fresh fish ready to take home or cook and eat there is amazing! From raw fish to sushi, cooked fish, you’ll need to bring a couple thousand yen for the trip if you’re going to indulge.
I tried some fresh scallops, which were cooked infront of me and they were delicious. They also had other delicacies and some souvenirs, this is definitely worth a visit and will probably take you an hour to two hours to visit. #foodie #osaka #japan #food #seafoodfeast #urbanexplorer #awesomepic
