When visiting Kyoto in Japan, one must not miss the world UNESCO heritage monument at Kiyomizu Dear which is a Buddhist temple located above a hill top and from the top, you will be able to have a scenic unblocked view which can be breathtaking. The only downside is the amount of visitors during the late morning, this place is so crowded!
If you have a choice to head there early, please do and don't worry with food and water, there are plenty of Japanese street food stalls along the way towards the temple. A ticket fee is required so as to maintain this more than 1000 over years old temple. This is definitely something NOT to be missed when visiting Kyoto.
