I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

An old chain hotel located in the old town of Sao Paulo, close to Paulista Avenue, and there is a small supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the corridors are a bit dark, but the lights in the rooms are warm. The service staff are very enthusiastic, but the speed of check-in and check-out needs to be accelerated.

Outstanding hotel as always. Bar upstairs had some fantastic servers and unfortunately some very poor servers (one night I waited an hour at a table for someone to come back to get me another beer, and gave up / went to the bar directly). However in my experience that is unusual there. I do wish they had seats at the bar again - I miss that as a solo traveler. The best of all at this hotel is the concierge and front desk service. Truly world class and can get you in anywhere in the city and when you arrive, the other places treat you literallly as a VIP. AMAZING!!!

I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.

The room is relatively small and the facilities are relatively old, but it is very convenient because there is a shopping mall next door. The surrounding area is also relatively safe, so I always book this hotel when I go on business trips.

I bought a promise (experience) and it was given a completely other. We are very unhappy with what happened ... That was totally discriminatory in fact .... we could prosecute them by claiming that reason. The couples were all forced (including us) to dine inside the room ... was super boring and strange. This is completely out of the consumer's code, we are forced to buy a dinner at that value or you can't eat inside the restaurant. It was a pity. abs,

They were love to stay...located in one of the main business hubs in the city of Sao Paulo ..

This is a business conference hotel, not far from the small airport in the city, and it is convenient to take an Uber. But it takes too long to drive into the city, almost an hour to Japan Street, and the surrounding facilities are lacking. The hotel is standard business style, a little old, it depends on personal preference

Ten stars! The Ca' D'Oro is like staying at a St. Regis in the middle of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The highlights: Wonderful, personal staff, who remembered and remarked I was a repeat visitor, and gave me a room with a spectacular view in recognition of the loyalty. Spotless, gloriously-quiet and well-designed rooms, something that is a rarity in São Paulo. Lovely common amenities, including a library space and a really nice rooftop pool. Breakfast is also excellent, and very good quality. But best of all is the location - who are all these drab people saying the area isn't nice? It's one of the coolest areas of São Paulo, smack dab in the middle of downtown/Higienopolis (with fantastically hip restaurants, cafés and shopping) and Paulista (which is convenient for touristy things), close to the metro L4, which gets you anywhere in the city in no time, and in a quiet part of Rua Augusta, which has bars, restaurants, and some of the best nightlife in Brazil.
