“It's really convenient to start from Zhangjiajie. After we arrive in Changsha, someone will pick us up and drop us up at the hotel, and someone will pick us up the next day. I think it's very cost-effective to say anything. And the tour guide will accompany us very carefully throughout the whole process. Well, before you leave, the customer service lady will tell you the weather in Zhangjiajie and tell you how to avoid something. It's very careful. I will recommend this travel agency and my tour guide to my friends.”

“A great experience. excellent organization and coordination of travel and overnight stays. Seamless! when you don't waste time looking for better solutions. We watched everything we had planned. Locations such as the Chishui Waterfalls and the bamboo Sea are not just achievable, there is still no high-speed railway. There were very few tourists. But picturesque views! It is also important that we tried the rich local cuisine, includes different kind of mushrooms and smoked meats. The food in Chishui, the famous Guizhou sour fish soup, and tea, cili rosas dryed fruit are all worth tasting. I would also like to mention that Master Wu is our super professional driver, who punctually and accurately delivered us to each location without delay, along the beautiful mountain roads of Guizhou.”

“After booking with Trip.com, they assign a travel manager to communicate and confirmed the booked package. They will confirm on the trip start-date (pick up from airport) and end date. Prior to around 2-3 days before the start of the trip, a tour leader contact details will be provide and we can communicate with the tour leader. They will share the latest weather conditions so that we can pack in the necessary. We met the tour leader at the arrival airport and she was early to arrive to the airport.  Overall, I'm very pleased with this itinerary as it was not rushing to visit each destination.”

“First of all thank you for my guide who have lot of patience to explain the details clearly and plan the itinerary with the best possible way. In terms of itinerary planning from the company need to give some time for the places where there are some places which is paid for that at least spending 30-40 mints more will be worth. Also I booked the package with breakfast for my kids but they did not included in some hotel and in one hotel they included, in consistency in terms and conditions where I need to check with Nydia where she helped to sort at late night. Apart from this the trip is great and we enjoyed a lot will book it again.”
