“This is my first experience in engaging Trip.com service with driver only. Without tour guide, it depends very much on yourself for the sightseeing. The daily updates provided by Trip.com do list out the attractions to visit and the recommended restaurants and food. However, we had difficulty locating some of the attractions during our visit. Furthermore, during our visit, instead of visiting Suzhou Museum which was initially planned, we visited Suzhou Museum West Hall instead. Moreover, for attractions like 虎丘 with multiple entrances, it will be good if the update can indicate which entrance to be used. We entered from North Entrance which were quite a distance from the main attractions recommended and we had to incur additional transportation cost. Overall, it was a fruitful and enjoyable trip.”

Nothing was ever too much to ask — she was always ready to help and constantly provided extra service to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. “I recently completed a 4-day solo private tour through Jiangxi Province with guide Ting Ting — and I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a non-fluent Mandarin speaker, I worried about the language barrier, but Ting Ting handled everything effortlessly, from communicating with dialect-speaking locals to helping with my luggage at every stop. As a Jiangxi native, she knew everything about the region — history, tea culture, local food specialties, and where to shop. We covered five destinations: Vagoo Scenic Area, Sanqingshan Mountain, Jingdezhen, Wu Nu Zhou Resort, and Wuyuan Village — a perfect mix of guided exploration and personal downtime. She was patient, never rushed me on slow mornings, saw me off at the station, and checked in after the tour ended. The private car had complimentary water and cushioned seats perfect for napping between stops. Ting Ting really went above and beyond. I'd book with her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to anyone visiting Jiangxi.”

We are foreigners unfamiliar with this area and the agency team communicated in a timely and professional manner 1 month before the trip to make sure we have everything we need. When we arrived in Ningxia, we were picked up by Driver Zhang who accompanied us for the whole trip and took great care of us. She is so bright, kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were able to experience the beauty of Ningxia and have completely original experiences like desert camel riding and off roading, all at our own leisurely pace. They also prepared desert supplies and a small gift which was so thoughtful. We can’t recommend the tour enough - it is one of the best travel experiences of our life!”

“I enjoyed this tour and good thing it is private tour so it has flexibility. I've got a food poisoning the day before. The tour guide patiently helped to redesign the itinerary from my request although we missed the Summer Palace (it was expected). I satisfied with the service and I would recommend the tour it covers interesting places and guide told us some interesting facts, answered our questions.”
