Content: The tour guide will answer questions about the next day's itinerary and provide necessary itinerary reminders.

1. Airport pick-up rules
a. To enjoy the airport pick-up service included in your itinerary, please provide us with complete flight information + valid contact info (international mobile number, email, WeChat) at least 3 days in advance.
b. Booking restrictions: Each booking includes only 1 YYC airport pick-up on the day. If multiple flights arrive under the same booking and require multiple pick-ups, additional trips must be booked separately as a paid private car.
c. Service hours: 6:30 AM–10:30 PM
1) Last guided airport pick-up departure time: 10:00 PM
② Last hotel shuttle bus departure time: 10:30 PM
If your flight lands outside the above time window, complimentary airport pick-up cannot be arranged, and guests must make their own way to the hotel for check-in.
Airport pick-up policy: We will flexibly coordinate airport pick-ups via a tour guide or hotel shuttle based on the flight arrival times of all guests. Guests arriving around the same time will share the same shuttle, which may result in a short wait at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.
d. Airport pick-up meeting point
① Tour guide scheduled airport pick-up (fixed times: 10:00 AM/12:00 PM/2:00 PM/4:00 PM/6:00 PM/8:00 PM/10:00 PM): Waiting area inside Door 11, arrivals level
② Hotel shuttle bus (6:30 AM–10:30 PM, every 1 hour): Outside Gate 4 of the Arrivals Hall, parking space 16
The final pick-up/drop-off arrangements and meeting time are subject to the pre-departure notification.
2. Paid private car airport pick-up (optional add-on)
Applicable flights: You can book a private car airport pick-up for flights arriving between 7:00 AM–11:00 PM.
Fee (tax included): C$90 for the first 2 passengers, plus C$20 for each additional passenger, with a maximum of 4 passengers per vehicle.
3. On-site payment rates
1. Airport pick-up service fee: C$10/person, payable to the tour guide/driver on-site upon arrival at the airport.
2. Fuel surcharge policy: From May 1, 2026 (inclusive), a charge of C$5/person/day applies to the entire itinerary. This fee does not apply to airport pick-up service.
4. Important reminder
1. If you do not submit your flight information within the specified time, we will assume you have waived the complimentary airport pick-up service and will need to make your own way to the hotel for check-in.
2. The travel agency assumes no responsibility for any losses resulting from missed or delayed airport pick-ups due to incorrect or missing flight information, or failure to notify us of flight changes. If a second pick-up arrangement is required, it will be charged 3. at the standard private car rate, or we can coordinate the next available shuttle bus with remaining seats for that day.
4. In the event of a flight delay or schedule change, please notify customer support immediately and keep your provided contact info reachable.
5. Itinerary reminder
1. Add-on confirmation notice: Some optional activities have a minimum participant requirement for tour confirmation. If the tour confirmation is not met, you may contact customer support after the itinerary ends to process a refund for the corresponding item.
2. During peak season, hotel availability is limited, and the hotel may be changed to a similar one; double bed/twin beds room types cannot be specified in advance and will be assigned randomly based on availability on the day of check-in.
3. Time limits for add-ons: We recommend purchasing attraction tickets, special meals, upgrades, and other add-ons at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that new requests for additional services can be accommodated within 7 days before the tour or during the itinerary.
4. Itinerary adjustment policy: Without reducing the number of attractions/venues visited, your tour guide or driver may flexibly adjust the order of attraction visits or the assembly/departure time to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.

Itinerary overview: Calgary - Banff Gondola (at your own expense, 90 min) - Hoodoos (15 min) - Bow Falls (15 min) - Surprise Corner (15 min) - Fairmont Banff Springs and lunch (at your own expense, 90 min) - Johnston Canyon (60 min) - Check in to Banff town
In the morning, travel to Banff National Park. Arrive at Sulphur Mountain and take the Banff Gondola (at your own expense). As the cable car slowly ascends, enjoy the snowy scenery of the surrounding peaks and snow-covered mountains.Next, head to the Hoodoos, which stand above the banks of the Bow River. As they are closed until July 1, this stop will be replaced by Vermilion Lakes. Then, view the magnificent Bow Falls as they cascade down, where black rocks and white water create a striking contrast.Next, head to [Surprise Corner] for a view of the Fairmont Banff Springs and the Bow River.Next, visit the Scottish castle-style Fairmont Banff Springs, where you will stop for lunch (at your own expense).After lunch, visit Johnston Canyon, one of the three major canyons in the Rocky Mountains, and walk along the trail to the rushing waterfall.Check into Banff Hotel in the evening.

Depart from your hotel in Banff in the morning and view Crowfoot Glacier along the way. Next, arrive at Peyto Lake, a maple leaf-shaped lake that resembles a blue ribbon set within the Rocky Mountain valley.Afterwards, enjoy a [buffet lunch (at your own expense)] at [The Crossing, Saskatoon].Continue driving along the scenic Highway 93 (Icefields Parkway) and arrive at the Icefield Centre to board a Snowcoach (at your own expense) to walk on the Athabasca Glacier and experience the accumulation of nature over millions of years. You can also step onto the 280m-high Skywalk (at your own expense) to take in the panoramic views of Sunwapta Valley, where it feels like walking on air when the clouds roll in.Then, head to [Athabasca Falls], formed by glacial meltwater erosion with a 23m drop. Finally, drive to the hotel in [Jasper Town] for check-in.

Depart from your hotel in Jasper, pass by Medicine Lake, and arrive at the end of the road at Maligne Lake, the second-largest glacial lake in the world. Take the Maligne Lake Cruise (at your own expense) (seasonal)* to cruise along the 22 km long lake and slowly approach Spirit Island, known as "the place where God meets.".[Lunch at Maligne Lake (at your own expense)] After that, proceed to the longest and deepest [Maligne Canyon*] in the Rocky Mountains (due to the impact of the 2024 wildfires, this may be replaced by Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and Beauvert Lake, depending on the national park's opening status). The canyon was formed by glacial erosion and is deep, rugged, and fascinating.Then, drive south along the Icefields Parkway. After stopping at The Crossing rest stop, visit the scenic Bow Lake, and return south to Banff.

Depart from the hotel in the early morning and head west along Highway 1. The steep and rugged Castle Mountain will come into view. Soon, you will arrive at Lake Louise, a famous lake in the Rocky Mountains. Under the sunlight, the mineral-rich water reflects a mesmerizing blue. Surrounded on three sides by the towering Victoria Glacier, it resembles an emerald scattered in the mountains, earning it the reputation as the "Sapphire of the Rockies.".Looking back from the lakeside, [Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise] stands quietly among the pine trees, waiting to welcome you.Afterward, climb to the top of the trail, where the turquoise, crystal-clear waters of Moraine Lake (seasonal) reflect the jagged Ten Peaks. Standing at this vantage point, you can take in the panoramic views of the lake and mountains, completely losing track of time.After leaving Moraine Lake, head to Lake Louise Village for a meal (at your own expense, Chinese or Western set meals available for pre-order).After lunch, continue heading west, passing the Spiral Tunnels, built with the blood and tears of Pacific Railway workers, to enter Yoho National Park Of Canada. Arrive at the tranquil Emerald Lake, where red canoes create ripples on the serene water.Next, visit the Natural Bridge, formed by the long-term erosion of the Kicking Horse River, where the river channel, towering pines, distant mountains, and shoals form a beautiful landscape painting.On the return trip, stop in [Banff Town], then drive back to Calgary.
