Airport pick-up service fee: C$10/person, payable to the tour guide/driver on-site upon arrival at the airport. 2. Fuel surcharge policy: From May 1, 2026 (inclusive), a charge of C$5/person/day applies to the entire itinerary. This fee does not apply to airport pick-up service. 4. Important reminder 1. If you do not submit your flight information within the specified time, we will assume you have waived the complimentary airport pick-up service and will need to make your own way to the hotel for check-in. 2. The travel agency assumes no responsibility for any losses resulting from missed or delayed airport pick-ups due to incorrect or missing flight information, or failure to notify us of flight changes. If a second pick-up arrangement is required, it will be charged 3. at the standard private car rate, or we can coordinate the next available shuttle bus with remaining seats for that day. 4.
