Pet friendly Hotels in Departamento de Sacatepequez, Guatemala

We stopped at the hotel from December 30 to December 31, 2025. We moved there from another hotel in the city. The Arcangel hotel was the best one. The hotel is clean, cosy and very quiet. All the required bathroom facilities are available. All the city sightseeings are nearby. If you turn left of the hotel you can reach the city center in a few blocks. Don’t miss the opportunity to try perfect fresh bakery at San Antonio Panadería, their coffee is also great. Next door the hotel is a big supermarket where we could buy some coffee and cacao for souvenirs; fresh fruits and water and many other things are available there as well. In two blocks right from the hotel there is a huge local market you can visit if you want. The staff in the hotel is friendly. Prices for collectivo to the airport is lower than the other places we asked. Collectivo arrived in time. So, I liked our stay and would like to back.

The hotel is very well placed, the reception is very pleasant but as the other travelers who stayed in the DRC ... the room is not ideal. There is a lot of passage in front of the windows which is a little disturbing and the indoor court (very beautiful) amplifies the conversations of the guests who live the open windows and often speak very strong! The first floor seems much more pleasant but it is still a very good quality/price ratio

We had a great stay at Posada Dona Luisa! It was just what we were looking for. The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, the price was great and the view from the top was awe inspiring. We will stay again!

The place is completely great, the staff very kind, the location was strategic, everything is very close. The toilets and bedsheets are clean I was completely satisfied with their service. .

Hotel very well located. Rooms a little wet. No frases. less bad was not necessary.  There was a water leak from the wall water tube to the bathroom tank, because it had a towel put on. Price/quality is not proportional.

A beautiful spot but far enough away from most things that my friends wouldn’t let me walk alone there at night.
