TIDU (Qianmen Flagship Store)

Environment: The whole environment is very atmospheric, and it feels like a high-end restaurant. It is said that there is also a super beautiful terrace, but we went there late at night in winter, and I couldn't find it. Service: The service is really good. I booked a seat a week in advance because they are so popular. "Appetizer" Three small dishes, sweet and sour. "Appetizer almonds" I also like to eat almonds on a daily basis. "Five flavors and three ways to eat caviar roast duck" Roast duck with three ways of eating, one by one, delicious. "Golden cabbage and wolfberry slow-cooked duck soup" Drink it while it is hot, especially delicious. "Cherry sake goose liver" High-value and delicious, the shape is so unique, it's a pity that my cherry sake goose liver dry ice is gone, otherwise it would be a super dreamy duck. "Black pepper pig's trotter casserole" The black pepper is a bit spicy for me, but it's really delicious. "Congee boiled seasonal vegetables" Very refreshing soup. "Sugar oil cake" Because the quantity is relatively large, each table is limited, for fear of not finishing it and wasting it. "Corolla Love" is so beautiful, looks amazing, and tastes great. "Fei Zi Xiao" is very unique, with roses stuck on the cup. "Mojito" is non-alcoholic and tastes sour and sweet.

When I came to Beijing, I thought I had to eat roast duck once before I went back. After reading the reviews, I chose this new creative roast duck restaurant. I went there at noon. The environment was very good. I sat down and ordered. The waitresses were all very young and enthusiastic. Caviar crispy roast duck, Admiral roast duck has three ways to eat, namely caviar crispy, traditional roast duck roll and roast duck duck sous. The best one is the caviar crispy, which is really delicious. Duck sous is second. This is wrapped in lettuce. The roast duck meat roll is slightly inferior. The taste is actually okay, but it feels a bit dry. It may not be wrapped by myself. A little less sense of ceremony Dry-fried yellow croaker, a large yellow croaker, very tasty, the fish meat is firm and delicious, you can also taste the soup, very good Real crab meat spring rolls, you can taste the crab flavor completely, the taste is amazing, real ingredients Cherry sake foie gras, the appearance is great, the taste is good Sugar oil cake, very delicious cake, the first time to eat, a little surprised, did not expect to eat several pieces at the end of the meal Overall a great restaurant, very suitable for small gatherings, although the price will be a little higher, but for this taste and environment, it is still worth coming here

Admiral's environment is particularly elegant, with a terrace view, and the main focus is on new-style fusion dishes. Three ways to eat roast duck with caviar: the traditional way, the duck pancake is rolled for you; the duck skin is served with caviar, which is salty, fresh and crispy; the third way is to mix duck meat, mushrooms and fried rice together, which is a novel dish, but the taste is average. Cherry foie gras: the color is clear and the taste is delicate and rich. Xo sauce fresh shrimp stuffed with lamb liver mushrooms: shrimp slips and mushrooms are combined, plus asparagus and yam.
