Huashi Pea & Minced Pork Noodles (Minsheng Road Branch)

After going through a variety of processes, the duck is brown-red in color and fixed in shape. After being steamed, the marinated Shifang duck has a moderate saltiness, tender meat, and delicious taste. When added to noodles, it is a delicacy!

The noodles in Huashi Pea Sauce are too spicy, and there is a bit too much lard, so it tastes a bit dull. As a local, I find it very spicy, so friends from other places should be cautious. I suggest ordering one for two people, because Chongqing noodles are not so easy to digest. After eating a big bowl, I basically can't eat anything for half a day, and I don't have much appetite for lunch... Northerners... Just pretend you didn't see what I just said...

When you come to Chongqing, you must try the pea noodles and wontons here. This shop has good reviews. The price is a bit higher than other small shops, probably because of the brand! The taste is good, very delicious.

The noodle shop has convenient transportation and a prime location. It consists of about three connected houses. There is no air conditioning, but there are electric fans. There are not too many people. You can order and sit down when you arrive. The ladies are like neighbors and acquaintances. They are not overly enthusiastic, but they will also help you when you need help. The tissue box is attached to the wall and you can take it out when you need it. There are chopsticks and aged vinegar on the table. I ordered a classic bowl of mixed noodles and my mom ordered clear soup wontons. We both chose 2 taels, which was quite a lot, especially my mom's wontons, which were 14 large ones. My mom didn't finish them in the end😁There was a lot of mixed sauce in the bowl and at the bottom of the bowl. It took a long time to mix, and it was really fragrant😍It was also quite spicy😁. Because there was a lot of sauce, there was still a lot of meat sauce left after the noodles were almost finished. The wontons that my mom couldn't finish were taken and mixed to become mixed sauce wontons😍With aged vinegar, it was really delicious. Everyone must try the original flavor first, and then try the one with aged vinegar, it's so delicious🤤After eating, have some cold cakes. The red sugar syrup is not overly sweet. The cold cakes are slightly soft and glutinous, refreshing and cool, and very spicy. It is the best dessert after a meal🍮The price is also very affordable. I recommend it.
