噼里啪啦We had a variety of dinners: crispy duck, silk dumplings, and vegetarian noodles. On the 29th, I was clamoring for vegetarian noodles early in the morning. My friend said, "Oh my god, where can I get you vegetarian noodles at this time? They are all closed." Today, I finally had a good time. I was just dressed very elegantly to visit relatives, but I took a portion of vegetarian noodles and ate it while walking. I looked for crispy duck. After three pieces, I couldn't find my tongue. I only ate half of the half. I even asked for another one. Many friends don't know what silk dumplings are. I will report it later...

The beauty of Guiyang lies hidden in the misty mountains at dawn and in the bustling streets. This precise 48-hour timeline guide, from the ginkgo-lined Ferris wheel to the monkeys in the mountains, from late-night hot pot to cinnabar blessings, will immerse you in the unique tranquility and gentleness of this mountain city. 📅 Day 1: Street Life and Sunset Lights - 11:00 Arrival and Rest: Check into a hotel near the fountain (in the heart of the business district, convenient transportation, within walking distance of many attractions), drop off your luggage and set off lightly. - 11:30 Autumn Scenery at Riverside Park: A 5-10 minute walk to Riverside Park, where golden ginkgo leaves contrast beautifully with the Ferris wheel. Every snapshot is a masterpiece of autumnal atmosphere. The early morning is quiet and less crowded, making for even better photos. - 12:30 A First Look at Ethnic Culture: A 10-minute walk to the Guizhou Nationalities Museum, with a free 1-hour visit. The museum displays distinctive exhibits such as Miao silver ornaments and Dong costumes, providing a quick overview of Guizhou's diverse ethnic cultural heritage. - 14:00 Tranquil Retreat at an Ancient Temple: An 8-minute walk to Qianming Ancient Temple. Its red walls and gray tiles exude ancient charm. Light incense and sit quietly for a while, experiencing a sense of relaxation amidst the bustling city. The temple architecture is perfect for Zen-like photography. - 15:30 Visiting Jiaxiu Tower: A 15-minute walk to Jiaxiu Tower, a landmark of Guiyang. The vermilion tower reflecting in the water offers stunning views. Remember to make reservations in advance through the "Jiaxiu Tower Scenic Area" WeChat official account. Climbing the tower offers panoramic views of the Nanming River. - 17:00 Watching the Sunset at Dongshan: A 10-minute taxi ride to Dongshan Temple, followed by a 20-minute hike to the mountaintop viewing platform. This is one of the best spots in Guiyang to watch the sunset. As the sun paints the sky red, the city skyline appears exceptionally gentle. - 19:00 Jiaxiu Tower Under the Lights: Return to Jiaxiu Tower. As night falls, the lights illuminate the tower, creating a mesmerizing interplay of light and shadow, even more vibrant than during the day. A stroll along the riverbank, enjoying the breeze, is truly delightful. - 20:00 Hot Pot Feast: Walk or take a taxi to Qingyun Market. Find a popular hot pot restaurant and order pork belly, potatoes, and stinky tofu, paired with refreshing ice jelly to cleanse your palate. Experience the lively atmosphere of Guiyang's night market. - 21:30 Late-Night Snack Finishing: Walk to Minsheng Road's late-night food street. Don't miss "Danjia Crispy Duck" (freshly fried and crispy, vacuum-packed as a souvenir), and grab some roasted sweet potato noodles to end the day satisfied. - 23:00 Return and Rest: Return to the hotel near the fountain to recharge for the next day's itinerary. 📅 Day 2: Mountain Morning Fun and Return Trip After Prayer - 7:30 Morning Market Exploration: Take a 10-minute taxi ride to the Qianling Mountain Morning Market. Recommended dishes include crispy fried buns (both sweet and savory flavors) and sticky rice (super fragrant with crispy pork cracklings). Local specialties are more affordable than at the scenic area, so feel free to buy some. - 9:00 Vermilion Blessing: Walk to the Qianling Palace Vermilion Pavilion to choose your favorite vermilion bracelet (symbolizing peace and good fortune). A variety of styles are available, depending on your budget. - 9:30 Monkey Fun: Leave your luggage at the park entrance (free storage) and explore Qianling Mountain Park. The monkeys are not afraid of people, but remember to hide your snacks and plastic bags to avoid being robbed. - 10:30 Zen-Inspired Vegetarian Meal: Head to Hongfu Temple within the park to participate in the vermilion blessing ceremony. Afterwards, enjoy a vegetarian meal at the temple (approximately 20 RMB per person), light and palatable, experiencing the tranquility of Buddhism. - 12:00 Return Trip Preparation: Take a taxi from the South Gate of Qianling Mountain Park to Guiyang North Railway Station (approximately 20 minutes). If you have time, you can buy a cup of Houttuynia cordata milk tea at the station convenience store to try this local specialty. - 13:30 Return Trip Full of Energy: Take the high-speed train home, carrying the vibrant atmosphere of Guiyang and the refreshing mountain breeze, looking forward to seeing you again! 💡 Practical Tips | Avoiding Pitfalls & Enhancing Efficiency - Transportation Guide: The core attractions are concentrated around the fountain area, which can be connected on foot; for crossing attractions, it is recommended to take a taxi (starting fare of 10 yuan), or download the "Guiyang Metro" APP to take the metro, which is convenient and saves money. - Reservation Notice: Jiaxiu Tower and Hongfu Temple require reservations one day in advance. The National Museum does not require reservations but is closed on Mondays; please check the opening information before your trip. - What to Bring: It is recommended to wear sneakers for hiking in Qianling Mountain Park; in autumn and winter, the ginkgo leaves turn golden (November-December is the best time), so wearing light-colored clothing will result in better photos. - Recommended souvenirs: Danjia Crispy Duck (most authentic at the Minsheng Road flagship store), Guizhou Moutai liquor (purchase through official channels), and dried prickly pear (sweet and sour, appetizing). 48 hours isn't long, but it's enough to experience the gentle charm of Guiyang—the mountain breeze, the Zen-like tranquility of ancient temples, the vibrant night markets, and the warmth of a bowl of sour soup—all waiting for you to discover. #GuizhouTravelGuide #GuizhouTourism #AJourneyLikeASong #NewEraNewYouthNewTourism #TravelRecommendationOfficer
Guiyang Two Days One Night Ultimate Guide (Food/Fun) - Hassle-Free Version ||| Just got back from Guiyang and this summary is still fresh in my mind! Sharing with you ladies the most hassle-free and convenient two-day, one-night Guizhou food, drink, and entertainment guide – a complete babysitter guide! There are so many delicious things to eat, you simply can't possibly try them all… Day 1: Qianling Mountain Park – Minsheng Road – White House ⛲️Park: There are so many tourists going to Guizhou to escape the summer heat lately, it's best to book tickets in advance. I saw Mao Mao Jie's live stream about going to Qianling Mountain to see the monkeys 🐒, it was hilarious! Hahaha. There's a cable car 🚠, 30 RMB round trip. Climbing to the top and overlooking the whole of Guiyang is quite beautiful. Boating on the lake is also a different kind of scenery. 🔜After visiting, take a taxi to eat at Yang Yima's Silkworm Baby Crispy Pork Belly, a local recommended time-honored brand – a must-order, it's so fragrant! Eat a little less to save your energy, hahaha. 🚏Minsheng Road The snack street offers almost all of Guiyang's famous snacks: egg-wrapped potatoes, glutinous rice, "love tofu pudding," crispy pork cracklings, "toilet steamed buns," incredibly smelly tofu (💩), rice crust glutinous rice cakes, ice cream, potato slices, hot pot, street-side hot pot, bean and rice hot pot... But you absolutely must try the crispy duck! It's super numbing and spicy, crispy and addictive, making your tongue go numb. 🏢The White House, a private residence, is practically a palace. It's incredibly beautiful at night. They offer great photography services—3 photos for 5 yuan, choose your favorite. There are also many things to do near the White House, including a cute dog and cat market in the square. Stay near Huaguoyuan at night. Day 2: Qingyan Ancient Town—Wenchang Pavilion—Jiaxiu Tower 🏨Why stay in Huaguoyuan? Because it's the starting point for Qingyan Ancient Town and also the largest residential area in the country. You can go shopping right downstairs. In the morning, have a bowl of beef and sour rice noodles with rich and fragrant broth. For those who want to save money, you can take a 3-yuan bus directly to the ancient town. For those who don't want to wait, there are free rides available for 20 RMB per person, just enough for one car. ⛩Qingyan Ancient Town is most famous for its braised pig's trotters. A set meal is clearly priced at 58 RMB, enough for two people to eat their fill. Ancient towns are generally similar, but ladies can try the local Miao ethnic makeup and photoshoot: 15 photos for 28 RMB, unlimited time for costumes and makeup, take your own pictures. The city walls and back streets are great for photos. 🏯Jiaxiu Tower offers stunning river views at night. It gets incredibly crowded at night, so I think it's best to skip it unless absolutely necessary. Just take a taxi to Wenchang Pavilion for Yang Po Po's grilled meat skewers. Most barbecues these days are electric and not very fragrant, but this one is charcoal-grilled, so it has a nice smoky flavor. Paired with the all-purpose dipping sauce, it's absolutely delicious! 🎀Prepare: Guiyang has so many delicious foods! Eat small, frequent meals, and it's best to bring digestive aids. Also, definitely bring an umbrella! Perhaps because it's the rainy season, it rains several times a day, but only for short periods. It's a mix of sunshine and rain, but it's very cool and perfect for escaping the summer heat. And for those who love to eat... #GuiyangTourism #GuiyangFood #How to have fun in Guiyang #Guiyang food guide #Guiyang White House
