Ersha Shouzhucheng is a restaurant in Linxia with several branches. As the name suggests, hand-pulled lamb must be the specialty, and there are several types according to different parts. The ribs are a little fatter, and the back is a little thinner, both are delicious.

The best restaurant we ate in Linxia, ​​the taste was very good, but San Pao Tai was 5 yuan per person. I remember another restaurant was free, and there was an Asia that was 25 yuan per person. The cost of Er Sha was basically 60 yuan per person.

The hand-pulled mutton in Dongxiang County, Linxia is famous, which is also an important reason to go to Linxia. We chose the first branch of the famous Ersha hand-pulled mutton. Linxia is not big, the hotel is very close to where we live, and it is adjacent to the Daxia River in the north. The parking lot is large and convenient. When we arrived, it was after 8 o'clock, so there were not many people, and vehicles were leaving one after another. Knowing that the restaurants in the northwest get off work on time, we quickly found a seat and ordered food after arriving. As soon as we entered the lobby, it was very grand. There were not many people in the midnight hall. The waiter took us directly to the second floor. The second floor was very large. I was surprised that there was a restaurant with such a business area in a city in the northwest that I had never heard of. After going upstairs, because many seats had not been cleared, we were directly taken to a private room. It was very grand. There were only two of us. We couldn't escape the hand-pulled meat; we also ordered wheat kernel yogurt and bayberry, I really can't remember the name; the main course was ordered oil-fried, and the hotel gave pickled radish and melon seeds. Needless to say, the hand-pulled meat was great, the wheat kernel yogurt and bayberry were also delicious, and the oil-fried was also good. It was a pity that there were not many people, otherwise I could order a few more dishes to try.
