I went on a business trip to Guangxi, and this time I came to Nanning. The locals took us to the Chinese restaurant of this five-star hotel for dinner. There were not many guests at noon, so we sat in a private room. There are many Guangxi specialty dishes here, the products are very good, and the dishes are very beautiful. The jade crab soup looks like a green soup, which should be added with vegetable juice. The crab meat is all boneless, so you can eat it directly. You can also try the Guilin rice noodles here. After all, Guilin rice noodles are a specialty of Guangxi. A plate is served with clear soup. You can choose to eat it dry or add the soup and stir it before eating. It won’t be too dry. There are also some other ingredients to suit your taste.

Nanning Xinwei Marriott Hotel is located on Minzu Avenue, with very convenient transportation and the exhibition hall opposite, so I stay here every time I attend an exhibition. There are many choices of dishes in the Chinese restaurant, which is very good. I am very satisfied with it.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to a shopping mall. The afternoon tea cakes are very exquisite and the buffet has a wide variety of dishes.

Nanning's Qingxiu Mountain is truly a hidden gem, but it's so vast I didn't get to explore it enough last time. This time, after dropping off my luggage, I headed straight for Qingxiu Mountain! We stayed at the Nanning Xinwei Marriott Hotel, and it was a short taxi ride to the north gate of Qingxiu Mountain! We hit three highlights this time: Shade Botanical Garden It's a short hike up from the north gate. The mist sprays every 15 minutes for 1.5 minutes. To get a truly magical feeling, you need bright sunlight; it was a bit cloudy when we went, so we couldn't capture the perfect photo. But it's a wonderful place to explore! A paradise of ferns and mosses, absolutely beautiful! Guanyin Temple The one-way train ride costs 5 yuan per person, and the scenery is breathtaking and the journey to Guanyin Temple on the mountaintop is very comfortable. You can buy incense sticks for 10 yuan each at the entrance. Remember to light all of them at the first incense burning station. 🔥 There are seven incense burners inside, so you can worship in order. Ancient and Modern Journey Observation Deck Exit Guanyin Temple and head to the observation deck on your right. Go down to the third observation deck and descend the stairs to find this camera position! Food Back at the hotel that evening, local friends ordered special dishes at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Nanning Xinwei Marriott Hotel Chinese Restaurant. The restaurant has a wonderful setting, with an elegant courtyard and a captivating atmosphere. I highly recommend the delicious food we had! Nanning Lemon Braised Duck This Nanning specialty is braised in a traditional, traditional way, with a special lemon sauce. It has a hint of spiciness, and the duck meat is truly amazing! Baked Garlic Pork Ribs with Passion Fruit Sauce As soon as this dish arrived, everyone instinctively reached for their phones. Passion fruit, a Guangxi specialty, is in season right now. The "Nanning Lao You Fried Rice Noodles" here were so delicious I couldn't stop praising them.
