A Cut Steakhouse uses premium cuts of beef imported from the United States and Australia. The beef served at A Cut Steakhouse is aged using the latest dry-aging technology, resulting in a purer, richer, more flavorful, and juicier taste.
The dining environment is elegant. I ordered a New York steak, which was tender and original. The service was friendly. I was very satisfied with the bread and appetizers. Even the mashed potatoes were amazing! I checked and it was a high-end restaurant recommended by Michelin. We all agreed that the CP value is super high and we would like to make a reservation again.
This is a very bourgeois steak house. The steaks there are super delicious. The set meal comes with bread, and you can also get red wine if you pay a little more. The teppanyaki steak is a little tough because it has been aged for a long time, and the quality of the meat is so-so.
Looking for top-notch steak in Taipei? A CUT is the place to be! Located on the second floor of the Ambassador Hotel, it's a bit hidden, but that doesn't stop it from holding a Michelin star for six consecutive years. The steaks are impeccable; the dry-aging technique is superb, achieving a perfect rare/medium-rare steak with no blood, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor. The appetizers, like the crab meat and caviar, and the scallops, are also exquisite. The lunch set menu is just over NT$2,000, significantly more affordable than the dinner option. Reservations are highly recommended, as weekday dinners are often fully booked!
Cuisine: Modern upscale American steakhouse, specializing in **long-aged dry beef** Ambiance: Modern, subtly luxurious space with dark stone accents, velvet booths, an open kitchen, and views of the aging meat display case; ## Signature Dishes 1. **Australian Retired Dairy Cow 60-80 Days Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak**: The restaurant's signature dish, made from aged dairy cows, boasting a rich, creamy flavor that defies the perception of dry, tough beef. 2. American Prime A CUT Special Ribeye Cap Steak, cut exclusively by the restaurant.
