Yangshuo, you really know how to keep guests coming back! This place is so delicious! 🥘Spicy and Sour Snail Chicken It's packed with snail meat!! The aroma of pickled bamboo shoots permeates every piece of chicken, sour and spicy, it's incredibly appetizing!! I could eat three bowls of rice with the broth!! 🐂Stir-fried Beef with Pickled Bamboo Shoots This is the first time I've ever had stir-fried beef with this kind of sour and spicy flavor!! The crispness of the pickled bamboo shoots + the tenderness of the beef This combination is amazing!! My usual stir-fried beef suddenly doesn't taste as good anymore.

On the first floor of the Lijiang Riverside Puxian Cultural Tourism Hotel, we found the "Pushi" restaurant. It wasn't a trendy, Instagrammable place; the ambiance was elegant and comfortable. The set menu for two exceeded our expectations: * Guilin Spicy and Sour Snail Chicken: The pickled bamboo shoots were authentic and flavorful, the snail meat was plump and large, the chicken was tender, and the broth was amazing with rice! Stir-fried Beef with Pickled Taro Sprouts: The beef was tender, the pickled taro sprouts were authentic, and it was fragrant with rice. Garlic Seasonal Vegetables: The simple preparation was exceptionally delicious, refreshing and tender; we finished it all. The Osmanthus and Monk Fruit Tea was sweet and refreshing, perfectly relieving the spiciness. The dishes were authentically local, and the portions were generous. At just over sixty yuan per person, it was excellent value for money in the Binjiang Road area. The hotel also has a river-view terrace on the 4th floor and a sky bar on the 5th floor. After dinner, we went up for a stroll; the view was fantastic, a delightful surprise!

I found this restaurant while walking on West Street. It is really unique! The environment is comfortable and delicious! It is authentic northern Guangxi cuisine! The feeling of entering the door is really beautiful in the new Chinese style decoration~ It has a great atmosphere~ The restaurant is full of people, remember to arrive early! The two-person meal we ordered is 60+ per person, the price-performance ratio is great! ——— ✅ Beer fish: Almost all of Yangshuo has it! But this Zundu has the best color, aroma and taste! 🍅 Rich in flavor! The fish is fresh and boneless! The fish is fried and very tasty~ ✅ The old stewed local yellow beef tendon: The texture of the beef is great~ It tastes very chewy!
