TheForkUserI generally try to avoid going too often back to the same place. But when you are hit with good quality a good ambiance and great service, coming back and again becomes so much easier as it would almost be silly not to. Unlike certain places lunch and dinner are equally delicious and they know how to take care of you.

TheForkUserSuch well prepared seafood. So fresh. The red shrimp tartare with fresh oysters, scallops was great. The basil and lemon sorbet excellent as was the mixed grill seafood (swordfish perfect) and spaghetti vongole. Great cocktails. Service lovely. Will be going back.

TheForkUserVery beautiful place. Amazing food and a view in the bar. We had a great aperitivo in the terrace, great service. Older sommelier very talented, found great local wine to our taste. Great suggestions from waiters, which you don’t see so often. RISOTTO AMAZING!!! we would come back just to eat that. Pasta good. Dessert wow, well presented as well. All the dishes looked like pieces of art. We Definitely recommend this place, a must if you are in the area.

TheForkUserNot so much an agriturismo as a fine restaurant with rooms with splendid views of the Ligurian hills (in which it is set) and the coastline. The chef and proprietor performs both his roles skillfully and creatively. We had the refreshing, freshly caught amberjack ceviche to start, followed by another house speciality, home-made ravioli stuffed with herbs from the garden and pecorino and parmesan cheese, topped with diced, fresh tomatoes. Our main was yet another Bilaia special, the fried, breaded gamberi, “cotoletta” style, perfectly cooked. We chose a simple Ligurian house vermentino that nicely accompanied our dishes. Lovely romantic setting by night with lights sparkling in every direction..
TheForkUserWe found this by chance as we were on a long drive and wanted a nice lunch break away from the coast. Great views but prepare yourself for the steep drive up! It is worth it though as they are very friendly and the food was great! Super friendly with kids and lots of animals for kids to enjoy.
TheForkUserThis was such a beautiful place to eat. We are six ladies traveling across Italy and this was my favorite restaurant so far. The food was fresh and flavor excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and never rushed us. They also have a cooking class that I wish we had taken. If staying down in Monterosso, it is a 10 minute taxi ride. Well worth the trip. There is a beautiful view of the sea.
