1️⃣PANCHITA
This restaurant is very popular, and you must make reservations in advance. He has Peruvian specialty food roasted guinea pig, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The skin is similar to roasted suckling pig, and the meat is extremely delicate. It is absolutely delicious!
The environment of the restaurant is also very beautiful. I also ordered a sandwich salad, which is very special. It is cornmeal on the outside and seafood salad on the inside.

I have never been used to eating raw fish (I always eat salmon fried), but I finished half of the ceviche. The corn and sweet potato were the finishing touch. The service was also very good.
