Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligible customers must book a hotel through Trip.com and be a member of an Avios loyalty program in order to collect Avios.
2. On completion of the hotel booking through Trip.com, customers must enter their Avios membership number (PLEASE NOTE: The name associated with this membership number must match that entered for Room 1) and the corresponding promotion code correctly. The promotion code entered must correspond to the customer’s membership type:
• AerClub members must enter "AERAVIOS"
• British Airways Executive Club members must enter "BAAVIOS"
• Iberia Plus members must enter "IBAVIOS"
• Meridiana Club members must enter "MERAVIOS"
• Vueling Club members must enter "VUEAVIOS"
3. The collection rate of Avios for bookings is 3 Avios for every 2 Euro spent, excluding taxes and fees. Payments made in any other currency will be converted into Euro on a rate solely determined by Trip.com. Avios will then be awarded based on this calculated Euro value.
4. Avios collected will be credited to the customer’s account 6-8 weeks after their hotel stay is complete.
5. If customers have any queries regarding missing Avios, they should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions. Only completed hotel bookings will be eligible to collect Avios. Cancellations, modified bookings, no-shows, and chargebacks will not collect Avios.
7. Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with the Avios Terms and Conditions. For further details, please refer to the applicable Avios loyalty program website.
8. Your personal information may be collected and shared with our loyalty program partners as necessary for miles or points accumulation.
9. All other booking details are as per Trip.com standard terms and conditions.
