very big room, staff super kind, great fitness center, and amazing breakfast !!!

This hotel offers great value for money, located right in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided extremely detailed information. The hotel's outdoor pool is on the top floor. Breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse, offering various cuisines, and the service staff were very proactive. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an excellent view. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Absolutely a beautiful place. The pool are is relaxing.. I would prefer it to be under cover or shelter but overall my little girl loved it. Rooms are good size and beds are comfy.

When i booked it's shows 5 star hotel It's a really 5 star plus hotel We arrived early at the hotel within 2 minutes we had check in and upgraded room was offered without any charges also they offer unlimited water and tea coffee and bathroom essentials also complimentary jacuzzi and sauna and steam was offered and swimming pool is best ever I had with highest quality and price was really cheap I would gave it 100% happiness and would recommend to everyone in the world GHULAM JILLANI AND FAMILY UNITED KINGDOM

Location is good, close to many restaurants, Lulu supermarket, and grocery stores. However front desk service lady was uncertain about many things and just answered ”i dont know”. Valet guy was helpful like an angel. Apartment was clean. Washing machine washes but wont spin and those clothes wont dry in your room. Cleaning team does good job. Front desk only provides one key for two guests. Breakfast Buffet was just okay.

Very nice hotel, toilet have no faucet in family room, other rooms i don't know. Also in family room, they kept snacks like nuts and pringles ,we thought that it is a complementary but this two small nuts packet and small two pringles hotel charged 80 dirhams!! and its actual cost may comes maximum 15aed

It’s was a pleasant stay, location is great, personnel is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are in very good condition, just maybe bathroom maintenance could use some improvement, it was always leaking water (at least in our room, not sure about others), so the floor in the bathroom was always wet. Other than that it’s a great place to stay, would definitely come back for the next trip!

It was a lovely stay for my anniversary, the welcome was really warm, and the special anniversary arrangements added more spice for the special occasion. A lovely chocolate moose cake, and a sweet red rose petals with towels gooses on the bed! That was really cool. The dinner was great alongside with the breakfast. Pools also with the beach were amazing. Strongly suggested

*Check in was fast with Kim, who explained well about the amenities and all. *Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property. *Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable. * Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup. * Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.

Walking in, I was immediately impressed! It's a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms – incredibly spacious. Perfect for a family vacation, though I was just on a business trip and only stayed one night. The facilities are a bit dated, but it was very clean, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
