The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It is very outdated and shows its age. The staff is never at the front desk so you will be waiting if and when you have an issue. My sink backed up in the middle of the night with water all over the floor and countertop. It took over an hour for them to fix and the only compensation I received for the inconvenience was a fresh set of towels. Not worth the price they are charging. Convenience is the only reason to stay here, and that isn't worth it anymore either. Also, my TV did not work, the channels were all fuzzy like the connection was not good.

We stay at this hotel each year for an annual event. The staff are always really great. However, this hotel is poorly maintained once you leave the lobby floor. The carpet in our room was taped together. The blackout curtains were ripped up on the seams. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls. The tub was stained so badly I originally thought it was dirty. Marriott needs to bring this property up to its standards.

Easy Check in, comfortable beds, the food was delicious we ate supper, staff was so busy but never neglected a table.

There was ample parking, even late at night, even though people from the convention center also parked there. Walking into the lobby the whole place felt clean and airy. Staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable. I had a quiet night, didn't hear anything from other rooms. Shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, mini fridge, coffee maker, everything I could need. Will definitely consider staying there again.

The hotel was more than adequate. Close to where I needed to be and quiet, even though it was filled.

Check in went smoothly, went up to our room yo drop off bags and check out the room. The bedding was stained and there was writing/drawings on the window from the previous guest. There was mold in the bathtub and the window seal was dirty. For the price it is not worth it.

Room was very dusty, dust all over walls in little balls, carpet was dirty. Very expensive for the quality of room. Bathroom door handle was broken. our friend's room tv didn't work and she had to switch rooms the 2nd night.
