it was nice to stay here, the staffs are nice. tapi sempat ada kendala dikit ttg kamar yang kurang dingin.. akhirnya bisa ganti kamar dan better than before

It wasn't very clean. The top of the mini-fridge was dusty, and the headrest in the bathtub really needs replacing (it looked moldy). There were no small face towels, and the water in the shower and bathtub wasn't hot enough.
The hotel doesn't have a canopy (it's an open-concept design), which makes it difficult to get from the room to the restaurant. You have to ask staff to escort you (with an umbrella). I'd suggest that, especially during the rainy season, every occupied room should at least be provided with one umbrella.

The small Villa is near to airport, about 10 mins drive, and price wise is also quite affordable, but the interior is not very polished, some mosquitos are expected due to the plants in the garden, I would say I still had a good experience, but is definitely not for perfectionist. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hygiene is terrible, dirty sheets, blankets and pillow covers. A lot of mosquitoes and the location of the place is not good, the staff is kind and they apologized when we told them about our concerns but that won’t make up for the day lost at this place and the experience

We had a great time here. A lot needs to be repaired but still functioning. The pool is great. Breakfast was diverse and the staff there were very helpful- catering to everyone’s needs. The location is also great, close to a gas station, Indomaket, an aircon boutique, and nice neighborhood.

The water in my bathtub does NOT has hot water
Door locked is not fully secured .
Hotel shoul ENSURE ALL DESK PHONE INSIDE ACCOMMODATION ROOM WORKS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY AS RECEPTION LOBBY IS LOCATED ON A SEPARATE BUILDING.
I LEFT MY REMAINING 3 DAYS VACATION FROM THIS PLACE IN MUCH DISTRESS. WASTE IF TIME INDEED.
This hotel is in need of severe/ major uplift or a repair, AT LEAST.
