The Caves

Location & Ambiance: Situated on cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea, offering unique access to cliff-jumping, snorkeling, and secluded coves. The tranquil, intimate setting is ideal for couples and relaxation.

This was our third trip to The Caves after visits in 2023 and 2024. We will definitely be back! We had an excruciating flight delay coming in and didn't arrive at the resort until shortly before midnight, but were promptly shown to our room and the security guard who showed us in even offered to make us dinner. We weren't hungry, but the offer was very much appreciated after a 9 hour flight delay. The two things we love the most about The Caves are the staff and people of Negril who always make us feel like we are family, and the fact that we can totally relax and forget the stress of our day to day routines. The staff could not be more welcoming. There were too many to thank, but Stacey during the day and Floyd at dinner both made us feel like family. Zoom was our server for our cave dinner and he was impeccable (anyone who stays needs to do the cave dinner). Earl inspired us enter the crystal clear Caribbean waters from way up high and taught us how to jump into the Blue Hole. Owen the groundskeeper is always a ray of light and such a kind person. There were others: Ammar, Asteena, Randy, Glen, etc. We can't wait to get back!

Celebrated our 30th anniversary at the Caves! Had an amazing time. We stayed in Stardust. As others have stated, we loved the room! Very private and secluded at the end of the property next to the lighthouse. Rooms could use a little updating but still very clean and all have AC that works great. Housecleaning was twice a day and did a great job. We enjoyed jumping from 30+ feet into the clear water and also into the cave from the blue hole. Food and alcohol were top notch. This is not a typical all inclusive. All dinners are 5 course and we enjoyed all of Miss Joy’s cooking! We did a hot tub experience and a cave dinner! Both were great and the cave dinner experience is a lifetime memory! The groundskeepers are so nice and friendly and work so hard to make the place look beautiful. Earl and Captain Morgan are great lifeguards. All the servers and bartenders were great! Zoom, Randy, Glenn, Astina, and Omar did a great job taking care of us! All are an asset to the Caves! Our standout favorite person in Jamaica was Stacy! One of the nicest, funniest, most genuine, giving persons we’ve ever met! Do yourself a favor and get to know her. She made our vacation extra special and I look forward to staying in contact with her and seeing her again in the near future! Thank you Caves for starting our first week off with a bang!!
