Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

The location is absolutely unbeatable, just a two-minute walk from the exit to Circular Quay. From the room, you can see both the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the service is excellent. The room is a bit small but very well laid out.

The breakfast was delicious, and everyone provided very attentive and polite service. I was so impressed with the Opera House view from my room. The complimentary mini-bar was also well-stocked!

I was very disappointed with the room I originally booked when I checked in, so I paid an extra AUD 250 per night to upgrade. The basic room was too small, only 250 square feet. The upgraded room was a complete transformation! It was only a little over HKD 1000 more! A completely different experience, as the first room didn't feel like a Four Seasons at all...

As expected, the service is great and the place is spotless! I was able to conveniently store my luggage and they were kind enough to offer an early check-in! My only slight disappointment was that with the city view, I ended up looking at an alley from the 7th floor. But it just motivated me to book an Opera House view next time, haha.

The service was quite good; I was able to check in early, and my luggage was already in the room. I booked a full harbor view, but I didn't receive any vouchers, even though I saw many other guests getting them. Also, the room cleaning schedule was a bit odd. They came in the afternoon, right when I was in the room, so I told them it wasn't needed. They still insisted on coming back in ten minutes, which was a bit funny. Regarding the deposit, I'm not sure if it's been refunded yet, but it's not on this statement, so it might have been.
