The hotel was already decorated beautifully for the holidays. I was picked up by the free shuttle. The room was very clean and attractive. The staff were so nice and accommodating. This time we ate breakfast at the restaurant Finials. It was really delicious! I will definitely return!

The restaurant Finial their food is horrible. My partner suffered from food poisoning all night. This is the third time we have eaten there while we've stayed there and it's never good. Never again

The lovely lady that checked us in was terrific. Our flight was hideously delayed and she had already made arraignments for our key cards to be ready to avoid any delay in us getting to our room. At 2:20 AM that was a really appreciated gesture. And there was a gentleman who was cleaning the floors who was so kind - saying hello and pointing the way to the elevators. Top notch staff interactions!
