Right on the strip so it’s close to everything. Staff was ok. Place was pretty crowded

I am not one to complain but I payed $230 for one night, I would expect for that price to have no issues. Unfortunately the carpets were very wet and the smoke detector was not installed, it was sitting on top of a cabinet.

The bed sheets in the room were not changed. I asked the front desk for new bed sheets and quilt covers. As a result, there were big cockroaches moving freely in the room, and there were small bugs on the bed. It was really unbearable to stay there and I asked to check out. The hotel said it was just bugs, not cockroaches, and the room would not be refunded. Ctrip also negotiated to no avail. I lost more than 700 room fees as a lesson. The big picture is too disgusting, so I won't upload it.

The hotel is located by the river in a quiet area. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the city center, saving you the trouble of driving and parking while shopping. As soon as we entered the door, we found that the toilet and sink were blocked. We immediately contacted the front desk, but they immediately sent us tools to deal with it ourselves. We were given another room after insisting on changing rooms or leaving the hotel. Without this unpleasant experience, this would be a nice place to stay! Breakfast is also delicious!
