The only slight drawback of this hotel was the breakfast, perhaps because I'm used to Chinese-style meals. So, I'd rate the breakfast 85 out of 100. Everything else gets a 95. The hotel staff are incredibly attentive, dedicated, and thoughtful. From the managers down to the regular employees, everyone is very friendly, kind, and enthusiastic. There's an 80-minute massage included daily; just remember to book in advance to secure your preferred time, as it gets very busy, and it's incredibly relaxing. 24-hour dinner is available for a fee, while breakfast offers a choice of buffet or in-room dining. We stayed in a 4-person villa this time, which was perfect. The private pool was huge, with ample space, and the environment was spotless. All the food in the fridge was complimentary, and the complimentary bottled water was exceptionally high-end and exquisite. The staff's interaction with my son was fantastic, and they even took photos together. Plus, there's a free shuttle service every day for trips to Hoi An. Honestly, this resort is beyond words. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Da Nang. The service attitude is superb. And you have to see the restrooms downstairs in the lobby restaurant – they are unbelievably clean and meticulously maintained!

I've tried both Marriott and Tia, and honestly, after three nights at Tia, it's pretty similar to the Marriott next door. The spa is also included in the room rate; I recommend the bamboo massage and volcanic mud facial. During my three-day stay, my wife and I were the only Chinese guests; most were Caucasian and Korean, so the breakfast selection was quite limited. However, the service was excellent – they brought a different souvenir every day, and housekeeping came twice daily. The only minor inconvenience was that check-in wasn't until 2 PM.

The daily complimentary massage was very comfortable. The environment was quiet and pleasant, and the beach was peaceful and cozy. The only drawback was that the breakfast was too simple with very few options. The location, however, was excellent.

When planning my vacation to Da Nang, I extensively compared several beachfront resorts before ultimately choosing TIA, and I'm so glad I did—it was the best decision! The hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach with fantastic views. It's quiet, and the facilities are new. What really stood out, though, was the service; every staff member was incredibly warm and attentive. While the breakfast spread wasn't huge, I loved having three options: buffet, a set menu at the beachfront restaurant, or in-room dining. The fact that the beachfront restaurant served breakfast until 1 PM was a huge plus for late sleepers like us. Plus, we got a complimentary 80-minute SPA session daily. Just a heads-up: evening SPA slots need to be booked about two days in advance, but afternoon slots are usually easy to get. On our first night, the duvet was too thick, making it hard to sleep. We mentioned it to a staff member, and they immediately replaced it with a thinner blanket, after which we slept wonderfully. The beach bistro has a great ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food. We ended up having most of our lunches and dinners there and thoroughly enjoyed it. For a beachfront getaway in Da Nang, I highly recommend TIA; its value for money far surpasses those well-known brands. The only thing I think needs improvement is the noise level of the housekeeping staff. They were quite loud when cleaning the neighboring villa every day, which we found a bit disruptive.
