This is NOT A HOTEL!!! Do not fall for this! I already have a claim with ******* but not sure how long it will take to get a refund. They had mattresses and boxes in the windows some had shades that were half torn down. Super sketchy part of town! NOT SAFE! There were people sitting outside on lawn chairs that looked like they lived there. And it looked like the lobby was either some kind of "night club" or dress shop. SOOOOO AWUL! Didn't even get out of my car.

Not a hotel. Homeless shelter.
Truth in advertising. This place looks rough from the outside. Doesn't get better inside. Required to check in with security before you can check in nowhere does it say that most of this building is a house less shelter and halfway house. Signs everywhere about being on surveillance. One floor is for travel sites.

This property hasn't been updated since it was built several decades ago. It's rundown and filthy.
I stayed only 1 of 3 nights. And only bc I was exhausted and the sheets were clean.
It's sketchy but the people there were kind.

It's a quasi homeless shelter, hotel and rehab facility for convicted felons in a program called 2nd chance. ******* should be ashamed about listing this hotel as a preferred property

I liked that it was only 4 minutes away from U of L Hospital which was very convenient for downtown Louisville area. McDonald was right across the road with a few another fast food in walking distance. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was clean but needed some updates like USB ports for phone chargers. They offer hospital stay discounts but didn’t find out until we got there so will definitely be staying again.

This is an older property that also functions as a place to stay for the people trying to get their lives back on track. The staff are friendly. It is centrally located.

Really liked how antique and old timey the building was, there's always something so charming about buildings like that. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the area is surrounded by a lot of homeless people, which isn't the hotel's fault but more of the city's
