Highly recommend!!!! Their airport pickup service is awesome, I reached Pudong Airport in the midnight and this really helped me a lot. The hotel staff is really helpful, knowing that i’m a foreigner whom cannot reach the driver via phone call - they still ensure that the driver able to find me. The instruction telling me where to wait for the driver is also simple and clear.
The hotel room is clean with good facilities. I made a request to ask for no corner room and the request was fulfilled despite i reached at 2am. The breakfast provided by hotel is really great as well👍🏻👍🏻
I was sitting at lobby awhile while figuring how to order public transport and the staff immediately served me with a cup of hot water. The service is really incredible🤭

Hands down, the biggest room I've ever stayed in in Shanghai! It was spotlessly clean, the bed was massive, and even the shower gel smelled amazing! Why oh why could I only stay for a mere 12 hours?!
